I got an underscores card in my U Vinyl!
Please excuse the lights and glare😅
But I’m so happy with this set!
I put together an “elementary” report exploring the thematic connections between Gravity Falls and Lemon Demon’s album "Spirit Phone". For anyone unfamiliar, Lemon Demon is the musical project of the 2000s internet icon, Neil Cicierega. This was just a fun little project, hope you enjoy it!
docs.google.comIs the U4ya site down for anyone else?
I got an email today saying that my U vinyl will be coming to me soon, but when I try to click on the link to track my order, I keep getting a “site unavailable” error. I tried going to the U4ya site straight from Google itself and that doesn’t seem to work. I also tried plugging in the USPS tracking number into the USPS website, and it says “status not available at the moment”.
How do Radiohead fans feel about this album?
Personally, as an American, I discovered Blur around 2018, and would only check out a few songs here and there. But last week, I finally sat down and listened to a full album from them (Modern Life Is Rubbish), and I was completely blown away by the songwriting and soundscapes. A lot of the production, especially Graham Coxon’s guitar work, honestly reminds me of Jonny Greenwood’s work on The Bends.
I also feel like it’s massively underrated in America, where most people still just know Blur as the “Song 2 band.” Curious what Radiohead fans here think of this album, since I feel like there’s definitely some fan crossover.🧡
