Just looked at my old pokemon for the first time and have some questions about grading.

I looked up the prices for all these cards (graded prices too) and some of them are very high. Some of them have a little whitening on them (i can add more detailed pictures in comments) and was wondering how strict the grading is and who I should go through if I’m trying to sell. I like TAG as they seem the most consistent and it is also very affordable but they obviously don’t sell as good as PSA. Also i’ve heard that you can get your cards cleaned up by a professional before being sent to grading? I would like to know more about that and if it’s worth it.

Can someone give me an overview of the differences of pokémon, yugioh, and MTG?

I was into pokémon cards as a kid and never really saw or heard anything about yugioh or MTG? Can someone fill me in on the lore of them and how they compare card collecting wise?
