How is this shit not illegal

It functions just like a drug and it's just as addictive. They'll make it hard as a titanium deposit in a fucking mountain to get codeine for a toothache in the US but won't criminalize something 1000000× more addictive and accessible. I'm getting so tired of this, I'm about to check myself into a rehab facility to help with this, I feel like I can't focus or function without it. I hate it I hate it I hate it. Can someone explain how this is still legal?

Daily reminder relapse is normal

Just relapsed after several weeks. I was upset at first but then I remembered my own words. It's an addiction, and the dopamine cravings are real. Like alcoholism or drug addiction, it's your body craving a chemical that it has associated with a false source, so to speak. I'm dedicated to doing the full 90 days, no masturbation, no pornography, because give or take that's how long it takes for the brain to reset itself, or at least I read that.

Wish me luck.

Porn changed my view of women and destroyed my friendships with them.

Long story short, I've been using since I was 14. At first I was able to seperate porn from real life but for a couple years, I was a shitty friend to my friends that are women. I was under the delusion that they wanted to pursue and not that they simply wanted to be my friend because porn rotted my brain and told me women will drop their clothes within seconds of meeting you, and I didn't draw the lines until recently when I did some reading and read porn can subconsciously cause brain damage in that way if you use it enough under the wrong circumstances.

I'm a few weeks clean of porn and I'm doing way better. What sucks is that we will probably never be friends again. It ruined the most special thing I had. I genuinely think porn is just video dope at this point and it should be removed from society. I hate it so much.

Ettore Rigotti and bad production

I have been listening to Disarmonia Mundi for years and just started listening to The Stranded. The music is so good, it's like its own signature MDM. But every time I listen to something with him involved, the music sounds like it was made with Rock Band instruments on a Fisher Price tape recorder. I feel like bro needs to find a dude to do it for him because the treble is too high, I can't feel the bass and the cymbals overpower literally everything in the song. And as a bassist, a feelable bass and balanced drums mean everything to me in a song. I'm just a sucker for good melody.

Amazing music, terrible production.

Thoughts/recommendations on Scar Symmetry?

Always in the mood for some new melodeath (intro to heavy music) and came across these guys on Spotify. Was looking for songs you guys would recommend or thoughts on them as a band

Best amp for rock/metal?

I use a five string Jackson Spectra Pro Series, I used to have an Ampeg that broke but I wanna see if there are are other options besides that that would be better for the tone I play with. For reference, I like to keep my mids high so I punch through what the guitar is playing without overwhelming it and to lock in with the drums, and I keep my bass midrange/low so it doesn't sound too gritty or distorted. We play melodic thrash, also for reference.

Need tips on frequency of showering

Before you assume anything, yes I shower quite frequently as opposed to infrequently, every other day at this point, body and hair cleanliness is something that is pretty important to me. I use designer products for my hair and drugstore products for my body wash. I used to shower every day but I read somewhere that that can cause skin and hair problems problems if done for long enough, and google is not being helpful on this topic with my specific needs, which is why I'm here.

For context I am a 28 year old male with long thick hair slightly past his shoulders that I have treated with color and bleach several times in the past couple years. For now I use the Joico Defy Damage Shampoo/Conditioner/Hair Mask but plan to begin using the Joico KPak bundle. Body wash is plain old Old Spice Kelp from Walgreens.

I guess with these products in mind, and this is my question, how long should I wait in between each wash to use each product to reduce the chances of say, hair thinning or skin problems? The hair especially concerns me because I had to teach myself to take care of my long hair since I wasn't able to have long hair as a kid, because I was a swimmer and because my parents said no long hair, and I would like to keep it for as long as possible because I am quite proud of it.

Edit 1: apparently the message of the post is being misconstrued so let me elaborate. I am not asking how often I should shower, obviously I should shower as frequently as possible, preferably every day as a lot of you have made abundantly clear. I only am not because I was presented with disinformation and was uncertain if it was doing more harm then good. I am asking how often I should use each product listed (hair mask, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc) before it starts to damage my hair and skin. I even listed the products I use to see if anyone has a better idea of how to use them or if this is more or less of a risk then others. If I wanted to be told obvious things all day I would have googled "is water wet?" Or maybe "is fire hot?"
