I've noticed that vocaloid, specifically Miku and Teto, gifs/reels on instagram are usually hated on simply because the content has Miku or Teto or both. Im not irritated by the hate but for the rather lack of justification. The hate that is typically followed by vocaloid gifs often use insults such as "corny" or "jokes over" without any reason to why. They are hating us for doing things that almost all other popular fandoms do, that is create gifs or recreate popular gifs with our favorite/most popular characters, which is essentially inevitable. They insult us without reason and think that they're in the right, and when we fight back they mark us as sensitive or “corny" again, news flash, insults make people feel insulted. If they did hate a certain piece of vocaloid media for even just a slightly justifiable reason then it wouldn't bring one one-billionth of the annoyance from what comes from unreasonable hate.

You guys may argue that its inevitable that something popular gets hated on, and yes I completely agree, but its the sheer scale of the hate that is there and the fact that 99% of it being completely unreasonable. I've seen countless times where simply because a gif has teto or miku on it gets hated on and it's only been increasing as time passes. I've even seen some content creators hate on vocaloid because one, and im not exaggerating, literally ONE fan was being an asshole which caused the entire comment section to also hate vocaloid like the mindless short-form content slop consuming kids they are.

TLDR: It annoys me that people hate vocaloid for no reason even though what we do is what every other fandom does, and it annoys me even more how many people wre influenced and join the hate simply because others did.
