how is freight managed from the back room on the way to the floor?

this is for stocking associates: im just a sales associate lol im just curious how it works :)

my store's backroom is always packed with merchandise. I'm a closer so i know part of Stock 2 is to unload trucks, get pallets together and take them to the floor for ON to work on them. Do you also take freight from the backroom or just what the trucks have? Is stock 1 the one who works on what is already on the back? Does it also depend on overstock and general sales?

feeling kinda drained for being trans at work

I work at Walmart in SoCal. When I first got into the job i realized the lady who trained me started correcting everyone because they referred to me as a boy (i do pass kinda well), HR told her i was a girl, i didnt explain anything about my identity because i was too shy to correct them. Like 2 months later, this lady asked me what my pronouns are because the word was spreading out about me maybe being trans, i am very masculine presenting and have a neutral name. I told her everything, even told her about being shy about correcting because i kinda started trusting her, shes a very bubbly person in general and trained me very well. She completely ignored it and continued calling me she 😅 she gets along with a lot of people in the store so everyone who once started using he him with me now uses she her. I recently started letting my stubble grow a little, using shorts with all my leg hair out, use the mens restroom etc, im noticing some weird energy from some coworkers, i kinda feel they just think im a weird girl who doesnt shave lol. I even started T and my voice is lower. Its getting ridiculous now with costumers looking at me crazy when they tell them "oh she can help you with that"

Even though I decided im not coming out personally to anyone, it is kinda draining how they cant figure out im actually trans and not a girl like the wires dont connect on their brains or sum. Im patient enough to let T do the work and let them figure it out themselves but it does ruin my mood almost every single day:/

feeling weird about my cis girlfriend

So my gf and I (26 and 28) have been together for almost 2.5 years, semi long distance. 2 years ago I had a chat with her about wanting to go on T and all of the changes regarding us as a couple and what she can expect of me being different phisically over the years. She was very new to everything, but seemed excited and even brought it up a couple of times.

I finally started 3 weeks ago, 5 months trying to get a prescription. Since i got the news that i would be able to start, i didnt really see her with much excitement (at least what i expected), i asked her twice what she tought about it, and twice she told me "im happy that this moment finally came for you" and nothing else, idk i just wanted to have a conversation other than that, maybe her being curious about what were going to be the first changes etc. i havent had that much other than a slight voice drop, being greasy and all of that but since is important to me i thought she would be more involved and being with me in that sense. I sent her a voice message of what my voice sounds like and she didnt respond to it.

I dont think she doesnt care though. Last year i noticed that she thinks that me asking her what's her opinion is me somewhat seeking for validation and worried she wont like me anymore, so she kinda takes a step back for me to know this is for me only. And it is, but shes my gf and i would love to share this big change with her. Her partner is looking different everyday and its important to me to show her everything, its my first time being of T and also her first time being with a trans man.

However I do feel sad shes not really here now that its happening. What do you think?

will i get fired for this??

A costumer asked me where the tire patches were so I guided him. He got into a motorbike accident and could barely walk, he asked me if i could help him do a phone call. I told him i would get help for him but he didnt want to, he wasnt feeling good (we were almost closing). I said ok and handed him my personal phone. He called his wife to pick him up on some random place near the store, I helped him to walk a little, took his patches and left. I was looking at the camera hoping AP would notice or some other coworker between aisles. I didnt know what to do at the moment. I just kept in mind I needed to tell someone above from me. He seemed like an honest and chill guy but now Im really anxious that this will get me in trouble or get terminated. Im planning to tell AP tomorrow, I just dont know if keeping quiet is better.

edit: Thank you for all the advice :) and no he didnt steal the patches. After helping him walk a little he just left Auto Care and walked his way to the front registers.
