I'm leaving my apartment because of roaches. I have traps everywhere and a lot are with roaches still stuck to them since I find 3-4 every day. The buildings exterminator does nothing but two quick sprays

They emailed me about viewings and I asked for 24 hours written notice which they gave but cancelled all the viewings (probably because they know its filled with roaches).

Now, they asked for permission to enter for the exterminator which I gave but they decided to have an open house of viewings (without tell me!) and removed all my traps before everyone entered and placed them back. I know this because I have a camera in my unit. I wouldn't mind if they just had asked me before but they didn't.

I called and asked about the exterminator progress and they said they sprayed it and moved some traps around but they clearly didn't....

Since they lie so easily, I'm afraid if I complain they will just lie to make sure I lose my security deposit and it's a lot of money to me.

I looked online it and it seems there are literally no real consequences for this other than "Don't do it again".

I have the canadian variant which literally is 100% identical to the US model but Total Wireless doesn't allow it to use WiFi calling. US Mobile Warp (Verizon) let me.

Is there anyway to force it to work? Has anyone changed their CSC got it to work?

I should have read the sticky post but I tried to port my number in. The lady on the call seemed annoyed and said it wasn't working and to buy a new sim card. I was annoyed cuz I just spent $5 on the sim card it literally works with the temp number they gave me. I pushed back and then she just said "okay it worked, bye"

I contacted my old carrier and they said they never got any port request. My account is bricked and I can't sign into the website either anymore - it says to call their number. Anytime I call their number, it says there is no account under my number and it hangs up. No way to talk to a human!

I live in a small studio apartment and I keep seeing roaches on my glue traps every day now! It's been sprayed twice. I have adivion gel in the cracks and corners and have added dots to cardboard boxes and replace them every couple of days. I also just bought some bait boxes with another with Fipronil.

I think the root cause is that my neighbor is a hoarder and the baseboard caulking is broken so there is small gaps. The super doesn't think so and says its too small of a gap for the roaches to enter...

I am only here for like 2 months so I don't want to invest in re-caulking everything. I was thinking of using tape but that glue could attract more! Is there an alternative physical barrier I can use? Thank you

I keep seeing a few roaches a day. I complained and this guy who seems to not care at all sprays a bit around the apartment. I keep having to push him to spray other areas too. This is in NYC, I asked him if he is spraying alpine but he says it isn't and refuses to tell me what it is.

He adds some advion gel in only 2 places, (I've already done this). Even after he leaves, I still see roaches perfectly fine walking in areas that he has sprayed, never eating the advion gel, and avoiding every single glue trap. I know the spray takes time to have an effect but I don't see any dead ones unless I kill them.

He claims that it lasts 3-4 months which I doubt since nothing is changing. Property management said there are no places where the roach can come in and that everything is sealed - like that's not true at all, a lot of the caulking is broken on the baseboards.

I can't buy alpine in NYC - not sure what else to do.
