Guys, I have been in the project for the last 2 years, but I never worked on this project, as I don't understand what UHRS is, and also the pay structure is weird, but today i got a mail from Appen regarding this project HIT availability.
I just want to know that I downloaded the UHRS app, but how do I log in? Should I log in with my own email that is registered with Appen, or will Appen provide it.
And, who will pay me? In UHRS, I don't see any payment section.
Please tell me, i am very confused right now.

Guys, we all should send an email to the helpdesk regarding these issues:-

1. The AHT (3 minutes) is totally absurd. We need atleast 5 Minutes AHT.

2. The reason behind it, Validation and the submission are taking almost 2-3 minutes as both are very slow.

3. Validation issues, as we know.

So I request you to please raise a ticket in helpdesk regards this project.

Because, if we took like 6-7 minutes for a task, and in 1 hour. We have completed 10 tasks so in 2 hours 20 tasks.

And if appen follows the 3 minutes AHT then we will get only 1 hour pay, this means we have worked for free.

So we are not SLAVES.
