They had the neon sign on side of the building that said “Lafayette’s first Cajun Restaurant”. This is the “Cajun” from it.

Both HF Vulcan carts. The Primeweld cart had to be modified to fit the water cooler. I haven’t TIG welded in a while. I was a little rusty, but it came back to me.
