This bike looks great. 2012 Transition, asking 500 dollars. Anything I should be concerned about? Going to look at it tonight

Decided to build a fixed gear, and couldn’t pass up this frame, though I believe it to be a little big on me. I do commute to work with it occasionally with little discomfort (10-13 miles each way depending on which way I go). I’m curious, how bad is it? The reach doesnt feel terrible, but the stand over height is right at my inseam lol
