I have one question before I invest time or money into this game.
Is it funded to 1.0?
This is ultimately the reason Stormgate failed. They blew $40 million just to get to a rough launch of the game and thought they had a golden cash cow to regenerate it.
Zerospace having a low player count doesn’t mean too much as long as the game is eventually going to make it to 1.0. If they already blew all their money, it’s a waste of time.
It is far more glitchier and problematic than not having it on. If it’s such a great option, people will just turn it on if it returns to being a choice.
I can understand if there are some behind the scenes changes coming that require it, but I don’t understand pushing it live in its broken state.
Is there a single person who believes this change has made the game better? Do the devs actually believe it has made the game better?
Haven’t played in awhile or followed development. Quit due to unstable updates and updates that continuously made the game worse. Also started playing ExfilZone. (Quit that game also because of bad updates)
What is with these numbers? Whats been going on the last year that caused such a drop off?
I have never played Rex so I don’t really know all of its speed stages and what it’s capable of during periods of its life.
I am a 50-60% dilo here. I had no clue a Rex could out run me. It’s actually gaining on me.
I know they have an ambush, but even with that, what would its top speed be, and how does it last this long?
From the second I was born it was just bad vibes lol. They were yelling at another hatchling and threatening to abandon the nest.
When we hit 25% they said good luck go to sanc. I figured they were just mass nesting a bunch of dilos in.
So me and other hatchlings run the Sanc, and this Ms. Ducky player adds me to group on the way.
We split up after a large carno is in the area near a dead deer we found. I get to sanc, eat some food, then hear the parents and others 1 calling. We reunite and play sanc for a few minutes, chasing a small carno and eating.
Out of no where, they say leave or die then start counting down lmao. At this point I was just massively confused and trying to figure out who they were even talking to.
I figure well we are probably over pack limit, normally in this situation we just say our goodbyes and split up into two groups.
After being told I wasn’t actually in a group with ms ducky, I was like alright and was just going to leave. Then Ms Ducky attacks me and chases me down lol.
Not a whole lot lost here, but this is my first time encountering just a completely awful family lol.
It is my understanding that the developer has suggested unofficial servers are the future of this game.
Does this mean official servers will just lose all support and maybe even go away?
Where we are right now, even if Official Servers weren’t completely broken due to wipes right now, the 115 player cap makes no sense.
They just keep adding a new dinosaurs and species, which is going to diversify what you find in game, but also make it hard to find your own species, especially on a server capped at 115.
I don’t understand why the official servers are capped at 115. It doesn’t make sense for how large the map is, and how many dinosaurs there are to choose from.
Is there any information to suggest the devs plan on merging official servers and increasing the player cap? A 300 player cap is a solid number that makes the game feel alive while also still being able to hide from predators.
First and foremost, if you can find diet through your smell when you spawn, just entirely skip this and run to it.
If you can’t find diet, this is your best bet if you want to avoid losing the prime objective from starvation/temporarily infertile.
Because the game can be glitchy, sometimes the deer may not get stun locked, and it can be a bit dangerous.
This has been pretty reliable for me though. Trying to do it before 33% can leave you with no stamina and starving. Just wait.
When the update goes live to the main branch, will we get a full list of every change made?
I saw a post mentioning the update will mainly be the map updates and kentro. Will it not include some of the fixes they’ve done with other Dino’s?
Like the ptera size upgrade.
And what I really want to know about is the Dilo. Since I’ve started, all I’ve heard is Dilo is broken on main branch but fixed on Hoardtest.
I want to get into Dilo so bad but have avoided it because everyone says it’s broken.
Carno is a dinosaur that I’ve mostly avoided because of the turning speed and fighting style of jousting.
After exploring all the options, I do think I want to learn it, if not to just help me be better equipped fighting against it.
What can it take on with high skill? Where would you rank it among carnivores?
Is it a good Dino?
I have trouble telling the difference between carnivores like raptor, allo, Rex, etc.
Obviously then they become full grown it’s a lot easier to tell things apart.
Does anyone have a guide telling you exactly what to look for to help identify? It would help a lot.
Change My Mind.
Maybe there is something cool about it I don’t know. For me, it’s just an awful place everyone avoids, and the map is already too large anyways especially for a 115 player server.
It’s too large for even a 200 player server.
What is a good map that has accurate Migration Zones and Patrol Zones? I have been using the NERF map, although I don’t play on that server.
I ran through like 10+ Patrol Zones marked on that map and never got the PZ objective.
It seems like it’s really hard to get prime on Herrera.
You either have to get lucky with nutritious food being in sanctuary, or you have to race against the clock getting to sanctuary while somehow keeping your nutrients and hunger up.
Fun dinosaur but requires a lot of patience.

Are there any planned update for Pteradons? I thought I heard someone mention the developers making them bigger.
I would love to actually feel threatened from the sky.
Would be cool if they were big enough to swoop down and pick up Dinos and then drop them to their death.
