I’m posting here because I like calisthenics as well and want to get more into it maybe people have similar stories.

I tore my shoulder a little over three years ago bouldering on a cave at a rock, climbing gym and my shoulder made a paper shredding sound. I immediately knew something was wrong. It didn’t get dislocated luckily. I tested it after and it felt fine.

This was a long time ago though, so I don’t really remember as much, about a year after that I got an MRI finally they couldn’t find a tear on the MRI but they did find fluid around the ball in my shoulder. I had one surgeon look at it.

They wanted to open up my shoulder and take a look to see if anything is wrong. The second one told me to just go try rock climbing because I have very very good ROM and it doesn’t hurt unless I get in very peculiar positions like how I tore it. now it doesn’t hurt too often I’d say 10 to 20% of the time when I do workouts maybe less. I don’t know if I should get surgery though. I really want to do wrestling soon and I think it would be somewhat of an issue because of the some positions in wrestling.

I’m climbing currently 3 times a week it oops a lot but doesn’t hurt usually I can climb pretty good still just can’t take as many risks as I used too.

Im 20 years old I have never seen a PT for it I want to would this be a good first move to maybe see if I can lessen the pain in certain positions?

So I’m doing lower control arms, and I had to take an axle bolt off to torque the ball joint, so right now there’s no control arms, ball joint or axle bolt. Can I turn the wheel is it safe to do just so I have room to put the control arms in if that make sense. I’ll attach a picture of what I’m talking about.

Looking for advice or some stories on work crushes. There is this girl she is just so beautiful I really hope this isn’t creepy 😭 she has the most pretty eyes and hair I have ever seen, she works so hard and helps everyone she is the sweetest thing ever.

I have only talked to her once but it made me feel so happy. Im so bad at getting to know girls I would love to get to know her at least, hell just be friends or something and hangout outside of work. I hope this doesn’t sound weird 😞

I know the saying I’m gonna get in the replies and yes I have heard it “don’t shit where you eat”. I have heard some cute successful stories I’m trying not to gaslight myself this that this will even become remotely anything, I guess I love imagining.
