Advice for new hire Associate banker? Any advice is serisouly appreciated!

I just got hired as a part time associate banker (30hours) at Chase, I don’t even know the location I’m going to be at yet. I start in a couple days and have done all the onboarding and passed the background check. I don’t really know the dress code but am taking this job seriously so I did a lot of research on the dress code. I just got a couple nice white button up long sleeve dress shirts, black slacks, nice black dress shoes and a belt. Will this be okay for what I wear to work?

It’s my first banking job I previously worked at target and have a lot of customer service experience. I’m just overall nervous I’m practicing anything I can I bought fake prop money to just practice counting fast. I’m a little nervous so if anyone can just provide advice or anything like that it would greatly appreciate please!! Misspelled seriously in title I know :(

Advice and question about background check please for recently hired AB (Associate Banker)

So I am very happy I got this job I worked very hard for it I’m just a little nervous and worried because of the background check they do through BIG. On my resume to start it off bluntly I extended the time I worked at Walmart by like 3 months. Which I understand was the wrong thing to do but I’m pretty sure this was a mistake? Because I started in October but I put I started in December and accidently lengthened it out.

Then I worked at my fathers tile company as a apprentice I didn’t work full time, part time, maybe 10 hours a week not a lot I know, and I wasn’t paid for my time I would just watch them do the work and they would teach me I did this for a year and half before I needed a real job to get money because I couldn’t get any flooring jobs even with my experience.

Then I worked at target and all that information is correct.

My point is these are all on my resume and Walmart is the only incorrect one being the dates. My tile job I never got paid My dad was owner so I just gave them his phone number. He has evidence that he owns the company. I understand I maybe shouldn’t have put this on my resume but I figured it’s experience I learned so I did put it on there. I got a talk with a lot of clients and such.

Just with all this, I feel like the background check is gonna look sketchy, even though I didn’t mean it that way at all. I’m just really worried and stressed. I really want this job and I should’ve checked over my Walmart experience it was just so long ago during 2021. I just kinda assumed when I worked because I couldn’t find the emails when I started. Any advice would be appreciated please!

Thinking of leaving target for bath and body works. Any advice would be appreciated!

So I currently work at target and I like it, but I’m looking for a job that I don’t have to go outside as much as it’s very hot out and yes, I can live with the heat but if I can get a better option, I’d prefer it. I have a lot of experience in customer service, I always get great reviews from customers and I’m on great terms with everyone even very close with my Store Director.

I like my target but honestly I’d say it’s more for the co workers the job itself is eh but I know that’s for any job just I get so annoyed from walking outside from the heat. Also I’m a male so i don’t know if that makes a difference I haven’t seen many males work at one near me.

I saw a key hold it pays like $1.50 more than what I make now it’s a little farther than my target, but not much farther.

I know it’s very based on locations but if I could get some opinions on my situation on what you would do and what not I would appreciate it! I do basically every guest service department at my store plus stocking.

I’m posting here because I like calisthenics as well and want to get more into it maybe people have similar stories.

I tore my shoulder a little over three years ago bouldering on a cave at a rock, climbing gym and my shoulder made a paper shredding sound. I immediately knew something was wrong. It didn’t get dislocated luckily. I tested it after and it felt fine.

This was a long time ago though, so I don’t really remember as much, about a year after that I got an MRI finally they couldn’t find a tear on the MRI but they did find fluid around the ball in my shoulder. I had one surgeon look at it.

They wanted to open up my shoulder and take a look to see if anything is wrong. The second one told me to just go try rock climbing because I have very very good ROM and it doesn’t hurt unless I get in very peculiar positions like how I tore it. now it doesn’t hurt too often I’d say 10 to 20% of the time when I do workouts maybe less. I don’t know if I should get surgery though. I really want to do wrestling soon and I think it would be somewhat of an issue because of the some positions in wrestling.

I’m climbing currently 3 times a week it oops a lot but doesn’t hurt usually I can climb pretty good still just can’t take as many risks as I used too.

Im 20 years old I have never seen a PT for it I want to would this be a good first move to maybe see if I can lessen the pain in certain positions?

So I’m doing lower control arms, and I had to take an axle bolt off to torque the ball joint, so right now there’s no control arms, ball joint or axle bolt. Can I turn the wheel is it safe to do just so I have room to put the control arms in if that make sense. I’ll attach a picture of what I’m talking about.

Looking for advice or some stories on work crushes. There is this girl she is just so beautiful I really hope this isn’t creepy 😭 she has the most pretty eyes and hair I have ever seen, she works so hard and helps everyone she is the sweetest thing ever.

I have only talked to her once but it made me feel so happy. Im so bad at getting to know girls I would love to get to know her at least, hell just be friends or something and hangout outside of work. I hope this doesn’t sound weird 😞

I know the saying I’m gonna get in the replies and yes I have heard it “don’t shit where you eat”. I have heard some cute successful stories I’m trying not to gaslight myself this that this will even become remotely anything, I guess I love imagining.
