Just got a black screening prebuilt back from Canada computers and they had concluded that the issue was a faulty motherboard so I sent the pc in with an old hdd I never used for another pc they installed the hdd into its slot and installed a new windows for the new mb but said my files would be saved, upon loading in I had file explorer full of my files but otherwise it looked like a wiped computer, then I tried to update windows and it failed, black screened and after lots of chat gpt using command prompts and checking bios settings I’m asking you guys because I’m lost, should I bring it back to the store?

I’m assuming my ram, ssd or motherboard is fried but I’m not totally sure because since buying a new b760m motherboard prebuilt it worked great but randomly blue screened and we had to take it back to Canada computers, they “fixed” it for free but it was weird ever since and now it blue screened again and won’t work

(Specs: 4060, i5 14400f, 32gb ddr4, b760 motherboard (I think? Might be wrong about motherboard) I think my pc has corrupted files or something because everything I’m trying won’t make it load and it’s done this before where we had to take it back to Canada computers, I tried doing a ton of command prompts like checking the disk for errors, I tried resetting my pc, and a few other things and I’m getting error message after error message, checked my storage, only had 500 megabytes left so I thought maybe my ssd couldn’t boot windows, deleted a bunch of old games and files, ended up with 400gb of storage, for safe measure also plugged in mostly unused 2tb hdd and made sure to set boot to ssd still for windows, nothing has worked yet, if you have ideas to help please lmk!
