iso arrived reviews

hi everyone! i'm trying to park around $9k somewhere and keep seeing Arrived come up. looking for some actual iso arrived reviews from people who have used it.

is $9k even enough to make this worthwhile? what are people actually seeing for monthly returns? also curious how people feel about Arrived vs REITs for a long term investment. is this actually worth looking at or am i overthinking it?

When did your side hustle become a real business that needed better systems?

I started this as a small side hustle after work, but it has slowly turned into something that feels more serious.

I now have customers, invoices, a Stripe account, expenses and a growing list of admin stuff that I keep putting off. The funny thing is, it still feels like a side project in my head even though there is real money coming in.

I am not at the point where this replaces my job or where I am trying to build a huge company but running everything through my personal account is starting to feel like something I should fix before tax season.

For small business owners who were in a similar position, when did you decide it was time to treat it like a real business?

Was it when you created an LLC, needed better bookkeeping, started worrying about liability risk, hired help or simply wanted cleaner systems for taxes and expenses?

Is $200 normal for a 2,000 sq ft house clean in Plano right now?

Trying to budget for bi weekly help because commuting on the tollway every day leaves me exhausted. I searched for an affordable cleaning service near me and quotes are literally all over the map from $90 cash to over $300. I want a quality house cleaning service near me that actually background checks their team but I don't want to get ripped off. What are y’all currently paying around here?

how are we teaching teens to spot scams these days? do they just automatically get it or a

i can't tell if i need to be on top of this, even, but i got a scam text last week that almost got me to give my credit card info, so i figure my kid is even more vulnerable... maybe that's misguided bc they are digital natives. anyone else thinking about this? how are you handling if at all?

What does a defensive investment strategy look like if you’re buying every month?

Hey, I've been investing for about a year now but still feeel like I'm winging it. I'm not trying to time the market or call every top but the just keep buying no matter what, same amount, every month, forever answer feels like it's oversimplified or maybe outdated advice.

For people who are purchasing regularly but want to start investing with a real process or plan that accounts for conditions, what does that look like for you?

FYI, I'm not going to stop investing, I just want to make decisions that are more intentional than "ignore everything and buy anyway." What strategy or plan have you used?
