My front foyer was apparently just wood frame covered by plasterboard then about 2-3mm wood cladding, over single skin concrete block wall. Absolutely covered in mold.

Should I do wood frame with PIR then plasterboard? Will I need to put in a vent somewhere? Don't think there is one currently and don't know how to put one in concrete blocks.

Floor appears to be ceramic tile right on concrete.

Advice and recommendations really appreciated.

How do you get a smooth finish with brush painting? Vallejo paint and rosemary & co. brush. Doesn't seem to matter the colour, I just can't seem to get it right. Red and blue are air, yellow brushed (as if you can't tell)
