Hey everyone, first and foremost, my apologies for not being active this past little while. I’ve been insanely busy, and haven’t had a chance to be active at all. Hopefully, when things settle down, I’ll be able to be more active and continue providing my best work.

I received these shoes about 10 days ago as a part of another CNShopper haul. They’ve added a lot since my last order, and the improvements are noticeable. They have added many shipping options, and many added services that you can do with your parcel. For example, I added corner protection to mine for only 5 yuan, which had my package arriving in almost perfect condition. CNShopper’s dedicated shipping line was amazing, and they delivered on their 7 day promise!

♠️ LOOKS - CONSISTENT WITH RETAIL? ♠️

These look really nice. Obviously, you’re buying a 100usd shoe that RETAILS for over 1k, so you shouldn’t expect perfection. I have never held a retail pair of these in hand, because I don’t normally dabble in fashion brands.

Based on pictures alone, shape looks close enough to retail. On foot, no one is going to notice any subtle differences in shape from any top batches. I’d say these are about 90% there. The grey nubuck panels are done well all around the shoe, and are placed correctly with the correct thickness. Stitching is nice enough, to the point where noticing any differences is nitpicking.

The MM tongue tag, as well as the “REPLICA” tag on the insole, are also done well, I am not able to notice much difference in pictures alone. Laces are decent, and the little stitch on the back is in the right place, which is a big deal for those familiar with this shoe. Sole colour also looks decent, and the pattern is nicely done.

♠️ MATERIALS / COMFORT ♠️

These shoes are surprisingly comfortable. I honestly didn’t expect these to be so comfortable. I bought these for work, and I park in an area that is about 10 mins from the office, so these get about 20 mins of cardio in them every day. I’ve been wearing them for a week and haven’t had any complaints. The leather structure is so soft, and the sole is very high-quality. It supports my foot perfectly, and feels more like leather compared to Jordans, which are a fabric material. The sole is sturdy, yet lightweight, as is the entire shoe. Compared to my old and beat dress shoes, these feel like I am walking on a cloud. Materials were selected very nicely, MVT knows what they’re doing.

♠️ HELPFUL RATING ♠️

I’m excited to wear these as my main work shoe for the next little while. The little details come together really well to form a very classy shoe. MVT did amazing on these, and they’re considered the best out there for a reason. I wouldn’t get any other batch of these after I felt the quality of material in-hand. Easy 9/10.

I bought this pair over 3 years ago, it’s been a long time. I bought these a half size smaller than I should have. This was when I was just starting out, as a matter of fact this was my second ever pair of reps. I bought these off Mangomee because he had a website, ended up getting oversold by 40usd with bad service, just a testament to how everyone was new at one point.

# 🔵 LOOKS - DO THEY HOLD UP? 🔵

When I bought these, I remember being super nervous. I had almost got scammed out of 160usd for a pair of Mocha highs a week prior, so I was still shaken up. Needless to say these were very nice, even if I overpaid.

These look great. Shape is still on point after 3 years, which makes sense as I haven’t worn them a lot. I just can’t find anything to wear them with. I have maybe 1 or 2 jackets with blues that match this, but other shoes just complete the look better. Not worth squeezing into a small shoe to have it stick out poorly.

Wings logos are decent, glossy and properly pressed in, nothing yelling at me here. Toebox is done well. Swoosh could definitely be better on this pair, but I remember that I already RLed one pair due to a glaring wings logo error, and I didn’t want to do it twice. Safe to say LJR is every bit the factory they were 3 years ago.

Colouring is accurate, the nubuck has held up nice and hasn’t changed colour. It’s a shame LJR barely stocks non-hype shoes anymore, because I know many people want these.

These held up well, majority due to the fact that I barely wear them.

# 🔵 MATERIALS / COMFORT 🔵

These shoes are average in comfort. It’s just like any other retail jordan 1. The only difference is nubuck instead of regular leather, which makes it harder to clean if something gets stained. The bright colour also shows dirt easier which could be annoying for some people. The materials are typical LJR quality, so they feel premium. Sole is firm, and the materials do look nice. I just never find chances to wear these.

# 🔵 HELPFUL RATING 🔵

I honestly wish I could wear this shoe more. It’s a great colourway that I loved 3 years ago and still love now. But with my current wardrobe, I find these shoes sitting more than getting worn, especially since they’re a half size too small. This pair specifically gets an **8.5/10**, but a perfect LJR pair would get a **9/10**. I’m not sure if LJR plans to stock these, or if they have it currently, but I know plenty of batches do this shoe very well.

Hey all! Today, I thought I would switch it up. I own a lot of jordans, and while they are comfortable, they aren’t the best for long walks. I decided it was finally time to get some shoes that look good while being very comfy, and I settled for my first pair of rep asics.

ShoSho Monster was very helpful throughout the entire process. As I didn’t know much about asics, he walked me through everything, and suggested ZC batch. For ¥250 I can’t really say no. QC images are thorough, high quality, and taken in good lighting with a decent background. It allows anyone to see all details of the shoe.

Based on limited retail images, I can see that these look pretty good. They look well padded but I will confirm this once I receive them in person. This white colourway is awesome, and will go with anything.

Since this apparently needs to be said, I’ll say it. Not everyone immediately throws their new shoes in a bucket of mud and lava. Some people take great care of their sneakers, like I do. I use crease protectors, watch where I walk, and don’t drag any part of my feet.

I don’t wear crease protectors in my J4s. It’s simply too uncomfortable for me. I also made an effort NOT to clean these before taking pictures, so that everyone is satisfied.

I bought this pair just under 1 year ago, I have been wearing them every time I needed to dress a little better than regular sneakers. I have a pair of MVT Gats, and a pair of FS batch LV trainers on the way for this exact situation. You all will see these by next week👀

💸 LOOKS - DO THEY HOLD UP? 💸

Honestly, these shoes have been worn a decent amount. I wear them every Friday, every date night, every night out… any time I wanted a flashier shoe that was simple but stood out, I chose these. Mind you, besides wet pavement, and some wet grass, these haven’t seen the elements as much as some people would like to see.

The shape on these is really nice. I don’t think LJR has restocked this pair since I bought it, so if you’re buying now, you’ll be getting the same pair. I sold my GX pair of these because the leather was too shiny, the cages were yellowing like crazy, and they were honestly really uncomfortable for me. I couldn’t do it anymore so I moved to LJR.

The “PURE$” on the back tab exists, and is done almost identical to retail. The Jordan logo on the tongue is also very nice, the netting is done well, and the inside of the tongue is too. My only complaint is that the tongue for these is a little more thin than retail. Other than that, these pass easily, and I get compliments all the time.

💸 MATERIALS / COMFORT 💸

LJR Jordan 4s are not the most comfortable shoe to me. If you get a size too big, or too small, it will be very uncomfortable, and even my true size has my pinky toe squeezing, when even a half size higher will be even worse. I found that loose lacing them while keeping the top laces tight (supporting the ankle) is best for these to feel good for long periods. My absolute number 1 for J4 comfort is KZ 2.0, but I don’t believe they make this shoe.

Materials are all LJR-style and on retail level. It may not be the same material because of the exclusivity, but it’s pretty dang close. One thing I can comment on is, due to the white leather being very soft, it is likely for the shoe to come with imperfections/wrinkles from the factory. My pair has some, but they aren’t very noticeable, others might not have this luck. I can confirm that it also happens on retail, but it can still be annoying.

💸 HELPFUL RATING 💸

I really liked these shoes ever since I laid eyes on them. My GX pair was unfortunately underwhelming, so I’m happy LJR stepped up their J4 game and made such a good rep. No rep is 1:1, but visually, these are pretty dang close. The one thing I can fault is comfort, although retail J4s are also not the most comfortable for me. All in all, I can give these an 8/10.

I bought this pair just under 1 year ago, and if I remember correctly, it was 1 or 2 restocks before LJR made some big improvements. Now, these are amazing reps, but I know that LJR has fixed things like swoosh placement, shape, embroidery, toebox. I think LJR reverse mochas are probably one of their best offerings.

🟡 LOOKS - DO THEY HOLD UP? 🟡

Keep in mind that I wear these 1-2 times per week outdoors, but I also wear them a lot to the gym. They’re an awesome shoe that go with a lot of different outfits. Want a dark outfit? These provide the perfect contrast. Prefer a lighter summer fit? These work perfectly. The colour blocking on this shoe is beautiful, it was done so well, and that’s the reason these still go for insane resale pricing.

The shape on this pair is almost perfect, although as I said before, the toebox could be done better. CJ print colour is accurate, and they are symmetrical. The medial swoosh is also fine, nothing to write home about. The brown nubuck colour is fairly accurate, but I am unsure if LJR has updated this ever since I bought them.

Where this specific stock falls back a bit is the reverse swoosh and midsole colour. The left reverse swoosh sits a little deeper than the right one, and even the right one sits a little weird. This has since been fixed, but back a year ago, LJR had low swooshes on almost every TS shoe. Midsole colour is a little more yellow than I would have liked, but it still looks amazing, as you can see in pictures.

🟡 MATERIALS / COMFORT 🟡

These shoes are average in comfort. It’s just like any other retail jordan 1. As I said, these are one of my main gym shoes, so the comfort has to be nice. I don’t use them for cardio, because we all know J1s aren’t known for being walking shoes. The materials used are consistent with a retail J1 low, and midsole sturdiness is similar enough too. These will not give any issues to any buyer unless you get unlucky with a bad pair.

What does bother me is the fact that the leather from the lace area rubs on the brown nubuck on the toebox, leading to the annoying dark spots you see on picture 17. I’ve heard this also happens with retail with wear, but you are NOT catching me throwing away $2000CAD for a pair of sneakers I can get for $120CAD.

🟡 HELPFUL RATING 🟡

As I sit here doing these longer-term reviews, I have been rediscovering all the pairs I don’t take out much. This shoe is incredibly versatile, and goes with a lot of outfits. Now that the weather here is getting better, I’ll be taking these out more as a part of my summer outfits. I have thought about replacing these with an updated LJR pair, but I don’t think it is worth the hassle. This pair, honestly, gets an 8.6/10.

🔵 LOOKS - DO THEY HOLD UP? 🔵

When I bought these, I remember being really excited. This was my first ever purchase with an agent. I did all my research, found that LJR was hot stuff for these, and pressed purchase. These sneakers were the beginning of the end. From then on, I knew how easy it was to order direct or through an agent, and it’s been happening ever since.

These look amazing. Shape is still on point after 3 years, which makes sense as I haven’t worn them a lot. Recently though, I have been squeezing into them. These look too good to just be sitting on a shelf.

Wings logos are nice, glossy and properly pressed in. LJR always knocks it out of the park with this detail, and they were doing it 3 years ago, as this pair is no different. Toebox is done well. Swoosh is very nice on this pair also. I have a pair of LJR J1 high university blues with a swoosh that is a little wonky, I’ll be showing those soon💪

Colouring is super accurate, all colours still look great. There has been no change in any leather colour, even after this long. Just the other day, I wore these out to the store, and someone had a retail pair on. They complimented my shoes, and once I got a good look at theirs, I realized these were basically identical. LJR did their thing with these. It’s a shame they barely stock these anymore.

Compared to my HP fragment highs, these hold up much better. I thought the mismatched laces was hard back in the day, and I still do, I don’t think I’ll ever change it.

🔵 MATERIALS / COMFORT 🔵

These shoes are surprisingly comfortable. Even the retail release did it really nice. The sock liner is so soft, and so is the leather. The shoe forms to your foot, not vice versa, and it returns to its original shape without a problem. Even without crease protectors, the leather is so soft to the point that it doesn’t crease when I walk. It bends, then returns to 99% of what it was before. The soles are sturdy, and I have never been uncomfortable taking long walks in these, even on rocky surfaces. I would honestly wear this shoe a lot more if it was my actual size.

These shoes have been through a decent amount. Since the entire outside of the shoe is leather, I made sure to clean the entire shoe after almost every wear (other than the soles, those stay dirty), and it shows. The leather basically looks brand new all over the shoe. The midsole colour hasn’t changed a bit. These are every bit as comfortable compared to when I bought them 3 years ago. LJR is well-renowned for a reason. Easy 9/10.

Hey all! Since my previous long-term review of my HP Batch TS1 fragment highs did so well, I thought I’d step it up for y’all. This pair of TS1 olives has carried me through maybe a few million steps, and has been there for a ton of memories. I’m happy to break down to the community how well these shoes tackled the test of Father Time.

I bought this pair over 2 years ago, it’s been a long time. I wore these A LOT. Almost daily for about a year now, and wore them a ton before. I say the TS1 Mocha highs are my favourite shoe, but I always reach for these. They look good with absolutely any outfit, and J1 lows are one shoe I consider near perfect.

🟢 LOOKS - DO THEY HOLD UP?🟢

When I bought these, I knew exactly what I was getting. PK in the early days of these sneakers was good, but obviously, there was better out there. Did newbie me care? Nope, PK was the only batch offering a small enough size for my girlfriend as well. 0 regrets at all, and this shoe actually looked really good new.

I remember receiving them in-hand and being really happy about them, specifically the suede quality. At the time, no batch did the swoosh colour correctly, and this is the same. It’s off compared to retail, but not in a way that would be noticed instantly. Shape was done well enough. Embroidery is nice, as is the CJ face and CJ print on the medial parts of the shoe.

This pair has been beat on. As we all know, PK quality is a step under PK 4.0, which is arguably the best out there for these alongside LJR, but these have stood tall against time.

I’ve worn these in just about every scenario you can imagine. I’ve played pickup basketball, a few backyard soccer matches, even some baseball. I’ve taken these on 2+ hour hikes up and down rocky, sandy hills. One time, I was out strawberry picking with the family, and it started to pour. I was in flash-flood level rain, standing a muddy field, for over 30 minutes. These were completely brown. With a little shoe cleaner, these were semi-resurrected, but the horror can still be seen on the stained laces.

🟢 MATERIALS / COMFORT 🟢

These shoes are my daily drivers. I use them for everything. The materials on this pair are nice and soft, especially on the inside. My foot feels at home in these shoes (probably because I’ve worn them so much). I have never had any problems with comfort with these. If you are buying this PK batch or any higher-tier batches, comfort will be standard to other AJ1 lows. There’s not much else to say on the material use on this shoe, it’s all pretty standard and holds up well.

Funny enough, even with all this wear and tear, just a month or so ago, someone in the mall offered to buy this pair off my feet 😂. They were dead serious and had the cash ready. Just another testament to how good reps are. Wear with confidence and no one will be able to tell the difference.

Hey all! I was scrolling through my camera roll and found some pics from a pair of TS Fragment Highs. These pics are from around 6 months ago, and were taken when I sold them off, since I never wore them.

I bought this pair over 3 years ago, it’s been a long time. I wore them every once in a while, and I honestly liked this style a lot, but I never found chances to wear them without sticking out like a sore thumb.

LOOKS - HOW DO THEY HOLD UP?

The looks actually surprise me a little, for a shoe being made 3+ years ago. This HP batch was recommended as the best back in the day, and for a good reason. The details on this shoe are done pretty well. I would say they hold up pretty well compared to current batches. The shape is nice, which is a big indicator for a rep when it comes to experienced sneakerheads.

Back in the day, the yellow midsole was everywhere. No one seemed to be able to figure out how to make a sail coloured midsole, it was either bright white or extremely yellow. This pair is not free of it, but is definitely is better than the LJR, OG, big players of that time. I remember being very new to the game and seeing this shoe as a crazy deal for the price.

The pics were taken in a rush and kinda in bad lighting, so you can’t see it here, but after 3 years there were some changes. The white leather suffered from pretty noticeable yellowing, especially near the end where the leather was cut, and I think the blue darkened a bit as well. Overall held up decent, but not without changes.

MATERIALS / COMFORT

From what I remember, this HP pair was decently comfortable. It was similar to that of my LJR TS1 Mochas at the time, so it’s safe to say they used similar materials. I honestly don’t even remember if LJR made these at the time I bought them. This shoe just didn’t seem to attract big factories for whatever reason. The leather was cut a little thicker than LJR, but otherwise, it was fine.

HELPFUL RATING

Honestly, it seems unfair to give an objective rating to a pair of shoes over 3 years old 😂 but i’ll go off memory. This HP pair was very solid back in the day for me as a newbie sneakerhead. I don’t know if they’re still made (probably not), and the W2C link was dead when I checked it. I’d give it a solid 8/10 for the time it was purchased.
