Who/What exactly are bedouin & bedoons are why are they in their situation?

Whenever I drive to work I always pass what seems to be thousands of people who seem to live in small encampments in the desert, plus what could only be described as a shanty town also in what I think is Sulaibiya. What exactly landed them in that situation? What do they do for work and money? Are they Kuwaiti citizens or something in between? It's all kind of confusing to me I have so many questions about it all.

I'm pretty sure I know this, but...

Regarding an S&S ISA, I know the limit is £20,000 per financial year, however just as an example let's say I have invested a total of £40,000 over the last 2 financial years and I sell every position I'm holding, so I technically have £40,000 cash inside the ISA account. Can I then invest that £40,000 or would I be limited to £20,000 and then I can use the remaining £20,000 the next financial year, or am I free to invest the entire £40,000 providing I never made a withdrawal from the account?

Are Jazeera Airways dependable right now?

I was thinking of booking a flight for the upcoming eid holidays with Jazeera Airways but with the current climate of the area, I have no idea if this is a smart thing to do. Do you know anyone who has flown lately using Jazeera and did they encounter any difficulties or did they have their flights postponed/delayed?

So just for context, I've been off work for about 2 months and have gained about 15 lbs which I'm determined to now lose as I'm so ashamed I've done this to myself. A little about myself, I'm about 5 feet 4 inches tall and my weight is 210 lbs. I think my maintenance calories are around 2200 but I'm not totally convinced. To lose weight I've thought of the following meal plan and I'm hoping for guidance on whether it's good or not.

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with a splash of skimmed milk, 1 slice of buttered toast

Lunch: 200 grams of ground beef with 200 grams of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas etc)

Dinner: 1 chicken breast with 200 grams of mixed vegetables

Plus around 8000 steps a day
