Sudden severe, painful jawline/neck acne flare-up

I have oily and acne prone skin and I'm currently dealing with painful, deep inflammatory acne along my jawline and upper neck for the past week. As crazy as this might sound, I've been taking care of my health and diet the entire time, eating whole foods, avoiding fast food, lactose based foods and some specific foods like bananas or peanuts and bread (carb consumption regulation basically). And I've also followed this routine daily with the following products for the last 2 months: every morning I wash my face with La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel Cleanser, and apply some Eucerin Sunscreen SPF 50 every 2 - 3 hours until the end of the day. Since I didn't wash my face at nights, I might suspect that this happened because of product build up. I also go for a run in the morning aiming to sweat at least and wash my face right after at least 3 times per week and drink at least 0.26 gallos of water (or 2.5 L) every day.

The thing is that for some reason this breakup happened while following that routine and keeping my diet neat. It's so frustrating and painful, plus its starting to affect my mood and productivity negatively.

Any active treatments for my condigion?

Looking to upgrade from the OnePlus Buds 3

These earbuds were my best companion during 3 years, but its time has come to the end of our journey together. I really loved them and I was looking to find a better pair around the same price. However, an option stood out to me the mosg and it was the AirFun Pro 4+ at $99.99 currently on Amazon, any thought on these earbuds by the way?

To be more precise, I'm looking for earbuds with the following features:

BUDGET: $100.00 PHONE: Samsung a 34 (just in case)

- Audio quality overall: I'm looking for balance, clarity and an inmersive experience, with codex like LDAC, AAC and aptX. I couldn't sadly enjoy from the OnePlus Buds 3 LHDC 5.0 codec since I don't have a OnePlus phone, but I find AAC enjoyable enough, though I felt like it had more bass so these weren't crispy enough and lacked clarity on the trebles.

- Connectivity: I've had so many terrible experiences in the past in terms of connectivity, but I had no issues with the OnePlus Buds 3 and that's why I sticked to these ones. I'm fearing for the same issue with my only candidate atm (the AirFun Pro 4+) because I read a lot of complains with these both on Reddit and on Amazon.

- ANC and transparency mode: I'm not actually expecting a noticeable upgrade from the OnePlus buds 3 tbh. I know that the ones I had weren't good enough in terms of noise canceling but I'm okay with what the market can offer to a budget of100$.

- Fit: In general, I have no significant complains with the OnePlus buds 3, I never changed sized since I got 'em. Although they slowly slipped through my ears when I used them for long hours or sweating, I don't complain abou that a lot though, I can live with it.

- Features: I think I don't have to mention this since most earbuds at this price range do come with an app to customize the earbuds features, but yeah, customizable touch controls, eq presets and Customizable eq, etc.

Now that you people know where I come from and my whole background with the OnePlus Buds 3 and what I'm looking for in my next purchase, I wanna hear from your recommendations, your experiences (with the AirFun Pro 4+ if you've had them) and so on.

Been struggling with bad posture and mobility stiffness for years, need help

So I made the following mobility tests you can see in the images, and the result keeps shouting me out that my condition hasn't improved at all:

Squat: feel discomfort in ankles and hips when doing the movement, I also have to lean forward because if I try to stay straight during the movement otherwise I'm falling backwards.

Back against wall, here I made 2 tests so:

1st test: feet, lower back, upper back and head against the wall while attempting to rise my arms overheads. But as you can see in the images, I couldn't keep my lower back against the wall and couldn't go any further when rising my arms.

2nd test: attempted the same movement with my feet away from the wall about 5 inches or so. As you can see in the image, my hands cannot go up any further but I feelt my lower back staying against the wall while doing the movement at all times.

Finally, you can see a picture of me usually standing "straight". Gotta admint I've a sedentary life due to my job, but I'm trying to become a healthy person by staying active, doing cardio and some strength training with calisthenics. I'm also trying to lose some fat at the same time.

Nonetheless, any help or recommendations on how I can improve my mobility and posture you could share in the comments would be highly appreciated. Comments about how to loose fat and structure a calisthenics routine are welcomed too!!!
