I've been noticing that my body loses fat quickly even if I don't eat healthy, I'm in my 6th month of body workout I have lost 10lbs, I used to be 97lbs. My diet is coffee in the morning, any food with rice at lunch, and oats for dinner. I rest every 2 days of workout, cause I don't want to be tired cause I work as a barista. I do 120 situps, pushups, 30 push press, single arm row, kneeling rows, palms-up wrist curls, and bicep curls. I've noticed that my arms are forming quite well but my belly fat is still there. Am I doing good?
