Would you consider Shion a hitscan in the same sense as Soldier or Cass?

there were a couple of games I had where my teammate told me to swap off Shion when they had a strong Pharah (usually a Pharah + Mercy) and I'm of the mind that she can still pick off Pharahs. I have 1v1'd Pharahs, Echos and Frejas and beat them plenty of times. it's more nuanced than: Soldier/Cass = Pharah countered

Shion is new so I reckon people don't know how competent she is at medium range and just think she's a hard flanker like Tracer. there were games where I didn't swap and we still won and there were games where I did and we still lost.

I want to know what the Shion community thinks

I ranked up from Diamond 5 to Master 5 while grinding yesterday on Shion only

busted hero or just that I'm playing so much OW since she was released that I claim the rank I deserve?

I always thought I should have a higher rank because I barely played competitive (QP warrior) since I consistently had a 50%+ winrate on all of my mains but now that a hero I really click with is out I'm grinding comp a lot lately

doing some honest taxi work when gang members roll up on me but I have a blicky and I'm not afraid to use it

you gotta try Cyberpunk in VR w/ steering wheel and controller, it's so fun
