Are there lists anywhere of good thrift shops in various areas? I live between DC and Baltimore and don’t really know a lot of thrift shops outside of 2nd Ave (or whatever it’s called) and Goodwill.

Recent purchases & introducing myself
Hello! First post in this comm.
Lifelong music-head, Manhattan resident, my top genres are indie rock and soul but my collection contains all sorts (except metal -- don't jump on me). My one big life regret in my 60s is that I let my great record collection and turntable go a couple decades back. Been collecting again the last 5 or 6 years, expanding my musical tastes & horizons. I currently own 3 turntables, one of which is a Garrard changer circa 1970, and yes I use it despite what it does to the records.
Found these at the outstanding 2nd hand shop Captured Records in Greenpoint Brooklyn, which is always a great place to dig. Today was exemplary.

My 1st truly bargain find
The Kooples red bomber jacket with embroidered roses
Came across this at 2nd Street resale store in my Manhattan neighborhood. It jumped out at me for its cuteness, then I looked at the brand--The Kooples. I had a general sense that was a luxury brand--the price on the jacket at 2nd Street was $33.90. Even though I suspected it would be too small for me, I couldn't leave it there. Bought it thinking I'd either gift it to a pal or resell it.
Turns out this jacket retailed for something north of $600 when new, and one I found on Poshmark was asking $150.
And I will be able to wear it come jacket weather. Feeling quite smug.

What kind/color top to wear with this thrifted Indian skirt?
