X300U - Is a lens protector necessary?

Hi all, just got my X300U and wondering if a lens covering case like the Nilkin necessary?

What's been people's experiences who have had it since day 1?

I never considered something like this before but this is by far the biggest camera bump I've had on a phone and a lot of exposed glass.

Anyone swapped from Oppo to X300 Ultra?

I'm quite happy with my Oppo Find X9 Pro but I can't help but wonder about the x300 Ultra.

Has anyone swapped from either the X9 Pro or Ultra to the Vivo X300U?

If so what are your thoughts?

People complaining about AI slop

I've taken literally thousands of photos with this phone since i got it less than 2 months ago and im just NOT seeing this supposed ai slop.

Am i blind?

Literally hundreds and hundreds of photos of my kids and family (no im not posting them to Reddit) and they're almost always good pics.
