Recovered my stolen motorcycle and contemplating if i should restore it

Long story short, my CBR650R 2024 was stolen and i found it again after a few months. I sent it to the dealership for inspection and costs of fixing it and i was given a list of parts. Is it worth trying to fix it by a private mechanic to somehow get the rwc?
Not written off or anything. Just cancelled the registration.
I was thinking of taking the list to a local mechanic and discussing if it can be done for a lower price to just pass the rwc.
Thanks guys

I've been training for abt 3 months and honestly, havent been a 100% consistent. Been qeeks where i didnt go (maybe 2) and been weeks where i didnt di everythjng I've planned. Decided to do pull, push, legs, break, upper, lower.

I am 19years and 4 months old; 76.5-78.5kgs and 183cm. I make wure i get enough sleep (8hrs) atleast 4 out of 7 days. Started going to the gym 3 months ago and on an avg, just went a single pull and push day in a week. I play badminton one day a week for 3 hours (advanced level).

I want to lock in. I feel my exercises and everything right and i can see the 4 abs. I am skinny fat ( i think) and i sont know what to do.

Below are my targets:-

1900 calories a day, 175g of protein(chicken breast and fish fillets), 50% carbs (appx) and the remainjgn fats. Realistically, i overeat peanuts, peanut butter and etc. i just want guidance and some motivation from somekne who is well aware of these things. Thanks for any response
