So Aggravating

Man, At&T Wireless customer service is so annoyingly slow. No wonder they are bleeding customers.

30 min wait time on a call.

10 min wait time for a chat, then another 15 min of aggravation trying to get a simple request fulfilled. Only to be told to call 🙄

Is there a better way to get support? A long time AT&T customer needs help, please

Disputing Charges

About once or twice a year, I have to dispute charges. The process sucks. My Quicksilver card is generally great, but this part sucks.

Detail: A vendor charged my full price, but only shipped 50%. The rest were out of stock. And no reply to emails.
