A few of my favorites..

Purchased new but didn’t notice little white flaw in enamel. It feels like it is indented very slightly there. It can’t be rubbed off. It almost looks like the reflection of the enamel is over it if you look at it in some strange light (but that might be what I’m hoping I’m seeing). I’m hoping I don’t have to send it back unless really necessary. Any thoughts?

Sometimes I think I’m going to burst! Thank Heaven she’s still only 2.

I just discovered the Le Creuset deep cast iron skillets, but couldn’t find them on the regular LC site. Many of the stickers I’ve seen have the extra letters “PROF” on the label which I’ve never seen before on their cast iron. Apparently they’re sold at the other retailers that sell LC. I can’t wait to try my new one out when it arrives. Anyone else familiar with the deep skillets?

I can’t tell you how valuable my 3.75qt multifunction pot/pan set is to me. I made sourdough yesterday in an LC Dutch oven and didn’t wash the pot yet. I wanted another loaf this morning and was set to go so I used my LC multifunction with same recipe. I had a better outcome! More blisters on my loaf and great chew and flavor. If you own one of these sets, try it out. You’ll be happily surprised. I remain in love with these multifunction sets and have a few in various sizes but I don’t often enough use them in my baking.
