What should I do as to not lose anymore weight while already underweight.

I'm 22 yr old male that weighs around 120-125 and I like to golf 3-4 times a week and I'm always walking 10k-20k steps during those sessions. I usually eat a decently sized meal before and have snacks and a protein shake while I'm out playing and eat a significant meal afterwards. Is there any more I ought to be doing to so I don't end up losing weight that I cannot afford to lose? I assume I burn around 1000 calories golfing so I thought eating a pint of ben and jerrys every night I golf could directly replace those calories so all the other food I eat can actually fuel me.

How to teach a friend how to swing a golf club from nothing.

I have a friend who has been wanting to learn how to golf so we can play together sometime and we have gone to the range a few times so I can try to teach him how to swing a club, problem is I'm not a very good teacher. He has never swung a golf club and doesn't have a translatable background in baseball or hockey to draw from either, let's just say his swing looks rough. Is it worth it to get him a lesson with a professional or someone just to teach him how to swing a club? I have somewhere to hit balls at my house and I feel like If I could learn the right drills to teach a beginner or find a video of someone teaching someone similar I could teach him myself. Is it worth leaving it up to the professionals?

Follow up on last post about getting fitted for driver.

I went and got fitted for a driver today with getting a Ping driver already in mind. I hit the Taylormade Qi35 the furthest consistently with with tightest dispersion but hit the Callaway Paradym AI smoke similar in distance but straighter with a wider dispersion. I hit the Ping G430 the worst out of all the club they had me try but it was also towards the end of my fitting when I was getting tired. After reading up on all my options and checking previous years models to save some money I am still leaning towards a Ping driver even though it's what I hit worst during my fitting. If all else is the same (loft, lie, shaft) do you think I will be able to make the Ping work for me or should I just go with what I hit best?

Planning on buying a new driver.

Currently I'm using a 20 year old kmart club that is not forgiving in the slightest. I'm looking to upgrade and I'm stuck between two options. Ping G425 Max and the Cobra Speedzone Xtreme. They are both suppose to be highly forgiving drivers but the cobra is about $100 cheaper, but is the Ping $100 better? Also should I get fitted for shafts and grips? or do I need to get fitted for the whole club set up?
