Tulla

Everything about her is perfect. She’s my best friend. She’s a fast learner. She’s growing so fast. She’s excellent on a leash. Recall is going wonderful (we practice on a 35 ft leash at the park).

She’s gorgeous. She’s lovey. She likes rough housing. She loves to give kisses. And gentle nibbles.
Beautiful baby

Dinner was fantastic

Thursday feels like Friday, with no work today. So I wanted something fast and easy last night. And healthy.

I decided to make roasted cabbage slices with sliced carrots. I only added olive oil, salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. With a fresh salad. I chopped up romaine and cucumbers and tomatoes. And made the dressing. Topped with air fried gluten free chicken nuggets from Aldi’s. Omg I already want another bag. These are so good!
Plus a baked potato. With butter, chives, tofutti sour cream and follow your heart parm.
Everything turned out so perfect!
Also highly recommend the salad dressing 👌🏻😋

Ps my cabbage in the garden looks phenomenal. Plus pole beans, lettuce and Swiss chard. Seriously can’t wait!!

My last minute dinner - pasta

I’m dairy free and gluten free. Yes I used butter. You could definitely use plant butter and this would be fully vegan.
I’m obsessed with tofutti sour cream. And any evening I have no idea what to make for dinner. The answer is pasta. My husband is picking up dominos for himself. I made my own faux cheese sauce. And it’s delicious.
Added leftover air fried tofu. And leftover air fried broccoli. And some diced cherry tomatoes. Topped with follow your heart parm.
Absolutely bangin.

Donuts recipe 🍩

Does anyone have a favorite donut recipe (specifically baked donuts) that they’ve used and love??

I have one I do like. They’re good. They’re not excellent. And you have to double it to make a decent amount in my opinion.

But they’re vegan and chocolate and tasty.

So not a chocolate recipe please.

Here is the recipe I use below. I’ve been craving donuts. I just wana make a bunch. Maybe share some and maybe freeze some.

My baby is 5 months old. Meet Tulla

Words can’t describe how much I love this girl. She’s incredibly sassy. She talks back. We’re still working on recall. She did pass puppy kindergarten. She can sit and stay. Heel. Lay down. Get up. She loves to play but really loves cuddles. She has so much personality.

She is a rescue. English mastiff/ cane Corso mix. My husband has only ever had labs.
The only dog I had was a brindle girl pug. And my pug was so hard headed and stubborn. And difficult. And I see so many similarities. I feel like I get her. I can read her. I understand her. And I just love her so much.
We’re starting obedience training on Friday with a trainer we really like. And she goes to puppy daycare on Tuesdays. She’s so incredibly smart. And I’m honestly so impressed with her, still being a baby. But such a good baby!

I really love an easy dinner meal. I sliced up a sweet onion and fresh cabbage. Added avo oil, Italian seasoning, fresh garlic and pepper. Pan fried Kirkland brats with a few slices of onions. And made buttered noodles topped with from the heart Parmesan and a touch of red wine vinegar. And we split a giant avocado. 👌🏻
So incredibly delicious and filling.

Since we always talk about how gf can be expensive.
The brats were $11.59 and
The pasta is good/gather gluten free penne (12 oz) was 2.39.
The cabbage was $3.
The avocados were $2 (I only bought 3).

Everything was perfect. I did cook the pasta for one min less. Overall very and easy and extremely delicious!!

I love to cook but I occasionally like to bake. I had been craving chocolate chip cookies for a whole month. I finally made some yesterday. I always follow the recipe on the back of the Kirkland chocolate chips bag. I didn’t actually have any on hand so I just looked up that exact recipe.

They turned out perfect. Slightly crispy on the outside. Gooey and soft on the inside. I used chocolate chips from Aldi’s. And namaste gf flour.

I also made homemade pancakes this morning with namaste flour. I followed mama knows gluten free recipe. They rise a lot and get very fluffy. But absolute perfect taste!! With maple syrup and fresh strawberries. I did sprinkle apple pie spice blend on them as they were baking. 🥞
