Salut. Caut un atelier care sa imi verifice chiulasa la o motocicleta Honda Shadow 600.
Are o mica ciobitura care se simte cand trec cu unghia peste ea si nu sunt sigur daca e in regula sa o montez asa inapoi pe motor.
Hi. I have this weird spot on my piston head. The whole surface is covered with carbon deposits, except this spot on the INTAKE side. Could it be caused by a lean mixture?

Hello. I accidentaly messed up my spark plug hole thread on my Shadow 600 1999.
What options do I have? (Metal shavings got into the combustion chamber).
Try to blow out / vacuum the shavings without removing the cylinder head?
Remove the cylinder head and properly clean the combustion chamber?
Tapping the thread or inserting a helicoil should be the easy part (I think). I'm more worried about the metal shavings.

Salut. Am facut o tampenie din neatentie si am stricat filetul unei bujii (Honda Shadow 600 1999).

Refac filetul si aspir cumva spanul cazut in cilindru
Dau jos chiulasa ca sa pot curata totul bine (+ inlocuit garnitura de chiulasa si alte eventuale garnituri aferente).

O sa mai sun niste mecanici luni, nici nu iti raspunde nimeni in weekend oricum.
Orice sfat e binevenit, mersi.
