When a listing says "buyer to do all research/due diligence" regarding what one can and cannot do with land - HOW? Is there a specific resource that can confirm whether I can use the land for my intended purpose?
I know to check zoning. I know I need a perc test for septic. But is there a central municipal resource that confirms can and can't dos for a parcel?
