Snap on reps and there BS...

So i took a loan out on a cart and I had 1 last payment of 30 dollars this month, well to my surprise he charged me twice this this month. Try calling him 3 times this week no answer i am at a different place now so i dont see him anymore. I dont get why he's acting like this, he's always been good to me with warranty and such, and definitely ran a tight ship. Cant trust anybody nowadays. I did have one other incident like that with him and he tried to play dumb, but he was my rep at the time and just gave me a free tool. Im changing my bank card today and from here on out if I buy something from snap on its with cash or there website.

Email delivery on a rc car???

Horizon hobbies website, trying to hop on that brushed typhoon on sale and the only shipping option is email??? What does that even mean? I get a picture of the car?🤣

This is one of those horizontal shaft cub cadet heavy dutys. They say engine dosent turn over, if worst comes to worst and I have to find a motor can this still be a profitable flip? I can still low ball as well. I sometimes see these models for sale for 800 bucks, have no idea if they sell for that price tho.
