Protein Goals

So i did some research and based on my weight this is what i got i need about .55-.9 grams of protein per my body weight or 187 grams a day equivalent to 45-50 per meal if I eat 4 meals a day. Hear me out here tho there are days like yesterday where I felt nauseous most of the day and had no appetite and the thought of trying to eat something made me squimesh. I took my shot last thursday so its not like I just took it. Honestly most days i really dont feel like eating but i do try to eat a dinner cuz i have to cook for my 9yo. I fir purchase some Atkins high protein shakes and oatmeal cups hoping this helps in the day. My question is how are u all getting that much protein and fiber in your diet daily?

Guanfacine

So im still trying to figure this all out. We have tried Methylphenidate and IC amphetamine salts which are the generics for Adderall and Ritalin. They may have worked a bit but when they wore off it was rough at night at home. So after a bit I decided not to keep my son on either one. He has been squirming in class, talking with friends when he should not be, looking out the windows, moving in place struggles with school work. He has been this way since kindergarten and last year was put on a 504 plan to help assist in learning and giving him outs if you will that other kids dont fet offered. We struggle with anger and fights and yes I know some is his age and the basics of growing up, but it is the sass, talking back, repeating things 10x and hope they still get done, not listening, arguing, using mean language towards family, abrupt outburst when he is not getting his way and what he wants. I could go on but now I am trying Guanfacine and again I'm not sure dont get me wrong it seems to work(he has been on it only 4 days) but this kid is so subdued, very ho hum, he eats, still smiles, jokes but its like his zest for activity is kinda gone and this kid was always on the move and wanted to be outside. This is why I had always waited and never wanted to try meds. Had anybody else tried this med and seen this with their child?
