I live in Chicago, we are currently under a head advisory for severe heat. I have been doing sculpt since November so I feel my body has acclimated to the heat well. But I’m wondering is it safe to do sculpt during these intense waves? Has anyone done them before does it feel worse compared to normal sculpt? I’m curious on if people try to avoid sculpt during a heat adviser but if anyone has done it any concerns or things to keep in mind also how many per week during an advisory?

WHYYYY does away constantly limit their magical beautiful perfect green limited edition colors to one size, like I would sell a kidney for it in the regular carry on size but no o my comes in the bigger 😭 away if you see this please make this color way in regular size and in medium OR bring back the kiwi green I beg you. Green is my absolute favorite color and no one ever has the bright greens in the sizes I want

Someone at my studio is doing a yoga sculpt “superset series” but what does that mean I can’t find anything on what exactly that is or means / how it’s different than normal sculpt

Curious how many years do you think before we get season 2 hoping it’s not like 2 years lol
