I recently switched from kiwi to saphir and made sure to fully strip off my previous polish from my shoes, as well as added a couple of layers of bees wax to it, but every time i try to polish with both cloths and cotton pads, I can never get a good shine and it always flakes off when I put them on

A6700 or a7riv which to buy?
I currently have the sony a6400 and i feel it is holding me back because of the bad high iso performance and the bad resolution so i am thinking of upgrading. My reasoning for the sony a 6700 is because it is still apsc and a direct upgrade in every way to the a6400. And the a7riv because of the full frame and the 61mp sensor. Which should i go for.
Should I switch to the sony 200-600?
I currently have the sigma 150-600 sport for sony, and I absolutely hate it. Its clunky, its slow, its image quality is terrible, really soft with alot of chromatic abberation. I am thinking of selling it and saving up more for the sony 200-600. Should I do it, because I have seen incredible images from it.
If use expanded low iso (50 or 32) will it introduce more noise because it is expanded?
