Hello, I went mountain hiking on Tatra mountains in Poland. Height was around 1900 meters (6233 ft) above sea level. It was my first time hiking and I wasn't that physically prepared but I made through all of 15 kilometers (around 10 miles) in 9 hours. Two days after this hike I started not being able to inhale air into my lungs, like something was squeezing my throat and the entrance of lungs. Did x-ray - found nothing. No fever, no throat pain. Only hard to breathe and dry cough. What could it be?

Hi, I've been having problems down there for over a year. I'm 22, I have sex only with condoms. My partner was tested and had no STI/STD's while I had ureaplasma parvum (I guess from previous partner) but the treatment was successful and tests later came back negative. There was time when I was constantly sick for two months and had to take around 6 different antibiotics during that time.
And everything went downhill after that. I took probiotics, not constantly, but tried my best.

Now what started happening with my vagina:
\- discharge changes almost every single day from greenish to yellowish or like cottage cheese
\- vagina's entrance or sometimes the whole of it BURNS LIKE HELL after urinating or sex, now i'm paranoid to do these things
\- tests for STD, BV, UTI and Candida came back negative
\- I still took Uvamin for UTI and it kinda helped
\- I take care of myself daily but there's always much more "smegma" and it even goes to my clitoris which hurts so much as well
\- tests show that i have a little of inflammation down there and more mucus than normally
\-I've already taken dozen of different antibacterial, antifungal medications and boric acids and everything there's in the pharmacy to buy and nothing helped

My gynaecologist says that it will resolve on its own but it has been more than a year and it's not gettings better

Please help me, any advice would be good

Hi, so long story short back in highschool my two friends came out as lesbians to the whole school and I did not support them as their other few friends did. Now after a couple of years I'm feeling this huge guilt since I've been going to therapy (for other reasons) and just understood that I wasn't in the right place myself to even support them (I couldn't save myself as well in the situation that I was in) I've already texted them saying how sorry I was for not supporting them. And it's not like they never did wrong stuf... One of them did mean things to me before coming out. But the guilt is still here, I believe I did more damage than her to me and the guilt is very VERY strong, I can't even sleep.
