What is the best eSIM to use for traveling to Spain?

I would like to rent a car at the Lisbon Airport this February. We would like to travel from there through the Algarve and onto Andalusia, Spain. Is the advisable? We would like to leave the rental car somewhere in Spain, which I’ve heard is expensive. But it is possible; right? Any advice would be appreciated.

I [31 yo AMAB] am stuck. I need to explore my sexuality and gender but my conservative old school parents have such a tight grip on me that it feels impossible. I still live with them because I can’t afford my own place. I’m afraid that the only thing that will truly make me happy is to finally break free of them. Can anyone relate? I’m afraid that the time to transition or at least explore these things is slipping away.
