Don't rely on AI and Don't spend money if you have basic understanding.

To everyone preparing for IELTS: first, don't rely too much on AI to judge your writing and speaking. I am not the strongest in English compared to my friends and I struggle with grammar. Because of this, I kept delaying my exam booking. Every time I checked my writing using AI, it rated me around 5 to 5.5 and pointed out so many flaws that I lost confidence. I finally sat for my exam yesterday, and honestly, I wasn't convinced by my own writing during the test. I felt like I was making the same mistakes I always do. But when the result came, I scored a 6 in writing. Not an amazing score, but enough for what I need for my studies. Also worth mentioning, most of us prepare for fairly predictable, objective speaking topics. But the question I got, and the ones asked to the candidates before me, were more subjective, about emotions, family support, and similar personal topics. So don't let an AI score decide your confidence or your readiness. Trust your preparation and just go for it. I prepared mostly from Ielts advantage and saw few writing tips from ieltsliz in last moment.

what is your opinion? Will love the insights.

I think ICC should consider few things to make cricket interesting.

  1. Limiting Migrant Players' Eligibility

Players who have competed internationally for one country shouldn't be permitted to switch and represent another. For individuals who migrate, obtaining citizenship alone shouldn't be enough to qualify. If an allowance is given, its quantity should be strictly limited. Second-generation immigrants may be an exception since their offspring can legitimately be regarded as domestic players because they were raised in the nation. The basic rule of any squad should be that there should always be more domestically developed players than those who have migrated outside.

  1. Limiting the Number of Leagues

T20 leagues have become popular excessively, and many of them serve as barely disguised platforms for betting. The ICC should intervene to control and restrict the number of authorized leagues, making sure that those that do exist promote the true advancement of the sport rather than profit-driven gambling.

  1. A Multi-Day Promotion and Relegation System for Associate Nations

A special three- or four-day cricket league for associate nations should be organized by the ICC. The bottom two Test countries would fall into the associate tier, while the best two teams from each window would advance to Test status. This would maintain the Test pool dynamic and merit-based, encourage associate nations to improve their red-ball cricket, and generate real competitive stakes at both ends of the table.

In recent times, the FSU Thapathali has been known for producing big con artists. The previous FSU secretariat was already in trouble within the very first year of his tenure. And the less said about the previous president, the better as all IOE students already know about him.

Now, the new president has joined a company as director and CEO and is posting about having extensive experience, experience of manipulating students. The funny part is that he was present in a recent back exam. There is no way he earned his engineering license this fast as no other license exam is scheduled. Ki Asti ko exam tetikai Dina aaunu vako ho? On top of that, there is no news of him resigning from his FSU post either.

Happy belated birthday sir.
