Sanyo VP32

Not sure how old this is, I had to buy it because my first job was in a Sanyo plant (not watches though). VP32 is a Hattori movement, but apart from that I know nothing about it.

I've definitely caught the Kinetic bug... [5M42-OE40]

Saw this on eBay, non-runner but probably just capacitor so I had a bid... new cap (well, battery now) and a spare strap to replace the perished rubber one and it's running nicely. Crystal could do with a bit of a polish but it's not too bad.

Impulse buy

My first Eco-Drive. Not what I was looking for but made an impulse bid and was surprised to win it. Seems like a great watch - love the titanium. Never had such a large watch though, feel it might be a bit too big for me.

Vh31 type build question

I'm looking at building a couple of quartz mods for me and my partner. I previously built a VH31 into a spare NH35 case which was OK but I'd rather use a thinner case, and there are a few VH31 cases on e.g. Alix. But to be extra awkward, she doesn't really like the sweeping movement - she's never had a mechanical watch so doesn't like the "stutter". Are there any options to fit a VJ21 or something into a VH31 case? Doesn't have to be VH31 case of course, just something with a bit of choice of parts. TIA
