We have a Kohler HydroRail in our shower and it’s recently started leaking at the section in the red circle. I believe that’s where the water comes into the fixture. We also have a steady drip out of either the shower head or wand, whichever the control lever is set to. In the picture, it’s in the middle which allows for both to flow but, oddly enough, the dripping seems to stop in that position.

I have taken off the mixing valve handle and tightened the screw for the valve (it was really loose) but that didn’t stop any of the dripping.

This was installed by our builder, back in 2018. The dripping/leaking just recently started.

Kohler has free, lifetime cartridge replacements but that's for the mixing valve, right? So that could, theoretically fix the drip out of the rain head and wand. The leak in the red circle seems like that is a separate problem, where the water is piped into the fixture.

Any suggestions on how to fix all of this?
