Thank you so much bc_im_coronatined and Banana! I was so excited to receive my special delivery! I couldn't believe it!
I was elated to finally have the opportunity to taste a famous
Pickle Ball! I'd waited and waited, fingers crossed I'd win the contest! 🏅 Well, you can imagine my disappointment when they were just ok tasting to me. 😟 I want to give my honest feedback. I prefer my pickles from the jar! I mean, I love potato chips, tortillas chips with a hint of lime, Cheetos, I eat all the crunchy things but these are just ok-tasting to me.
My 14-year-old daughter likes them the most. Surprisingly, my 17 and 19 year old sons thought they were too salty. 🤷♀️
Either way, I'm incredibly grateful! I was so happy to get a special delivery! Thank you, I hope you have a Pickle Ball delicious weekend! 🥒 🥎
Thank you both so much for gifting me! I appreciate you both!
💐💖🪻
Miracle, thank you for the contribution!
Minmax, thank you for the absolutely awesome toilet cleaning stickies! Idk the proper name but I've always wanted to try them!
Amazon, however, didn't even put the cleaner in a plastic bag or wrap it and it leaked all over my beautiful microfiber towels! Everything is ok but I may let them know so they don't do that next time! Literally, all 3 items were in the box together without any wrapping, at all. I couldn't believe it! Thank God my Skinny Girl Jam didn't break! I really appreciate it and my daughter was so excited too! I'm thankful she got to see some kindness and generosity! 💖
I really mean that! I didn't receive any presents Friday. Obviously, I don't expect my youngest children (11 and 14) to take an Uber and go shopping! However, my older ones.....24, 22, 19, and 17.....had plenty of time, transportation, and $$, to at least get me a card! I felt a little hurt until I remembered that my 11-year-old son did pick flowers for me earlier in the day and they were beautiful! A purple Hyacinth🪻and a Marigold!🌼
Late yesterday evening, lo and behold, my 22-year-old had a couple of gift bags! He gave me a massage gun because he always hears me "complaining" about my neck and back hurting, 🤣😂🤭 hanging flowers, and a doormat that I love!
Regardless, your gifts are the best!! Especially the soap and lotion bottles! I'm obsessed with them! Gorgeous!
You're the best! Thank you so very much!🤗💖
I'm not sure if I chose the right flair? I want to make an announcement and share my Birthday Wish! 🤣
Today is my birthday! 🪅 I want to say I'm 48 because I really like that number for some reason. 🤷♀️ However, I'm a little bit over 48 but let's just say, "48"! 😂😆
I don't think I ever knew what "May Day" actually is. Did anyone know about "many cultures" or "celebrated with dancing...."?
My birthday wish is for my home to smell beautiful (no cat urine smell), no black mold (so gross), only a warm, welcoming, clean environment. One my kids are happy to live in! 🏡🦋
Stay tuned for a contest! I wait to do one today, for sure but still undecided on what to do! What are your favorite contests? ✨️

Respectfully, I recently started an Abilify trial to reach the "step-therapy" requirement for Caplyta. Given my history of success with Effexor/Wellbutrin but current struggle with anhedonia and apathy on Cymbalta/Modafinil/Adderall, are there specific augmentation strategies I should discuss with my NP?
Current Diagnosis:
Major Depressive Disorder, Recurrent, Severe (F33.2)
ADHD, Unspecified (F90.9)
Current Medications:
Cymbalta: 120mg
Modafinil: 200mg (Previously a "game-changer," but currently feeling no effect)
Wellbutrin SR: 150mg twice daily (Works better for me than the XL version)
Adderall IR: 20mg twice daily (as needed)
Gabapentin: 300mg morning/afternoon, 400mg HS (for neuropathic hand pain)
Abilify 2mg at night (Just started as a trial for insurance)
Medical History:
Perimenopause: Partial hysterectomy (ovaries remained). Still experiencing cyclical mood swings and lower back pain.
Past Success: Effexor 225mg + Wellbutrin 150mg XL worked very well for 20 years +/-. During 4 pregnancies I switched to.
Recent Trials: * Trintellix: Discontinued after 6 weeks due to constant nausea and feeling "out of it."
Effexor: Previously managed depression, anxiety, migraines, and hot flashes effectively. I was switched to Cymbalta in March 2025 during a severe depressive episode by a new psychiatrist whom I sought out.
Primary Concerns:
Despite the current regimen, I am struggling significantly with anhedonia, apathy, and a lack of motivation. I feel "stuck" at home and have noticed significant weight gain that I cannot lose. My goal is to regain enough function to be present and active for my children, as my current level of "functioning" still feels like I'm barely keeping my head above water. Thank you so much ahead of time.
*Disclaimer: I used Google Gemini to help me organize my medication history and records from psychiatrist.
Hi everyone! It’s been a while since my intro. post and I realized I haven't posted since. So.....here goes! 😊 I've been on a journey of being intentional with showing gratitude and while I am very thankful for everything good in my life (including this group), things have been difficult lately. Admittedly, I took on too many stray/feral cats to care for. We don't have a local shelter, the rescues are full, and there's literally like a small cat colony living next-door. 😬 Caring for them and dealing with rehoming them has been very stressful (physically and emotionally). The neuropathic pain (the burning) in my hands and shoulders and too often, severe pruritus gets exasperated with all the scooping, scooping, scooping.....and while I adore our remaining cats and 2 kittens, all my spare time and energy goes toward their care and cleaning up after them. (I actually think I should start my own nonprofit/rescue.) At the same time, it’s been the *most* challenging time of my life. I'm unable to work and having a hard time with my SSDI application. I’ve been struggling with TRD (Treatment Resistant Depression) for over a year and trying to find the right med. or meds. or combination of them, is exhausting and it effects the entire household. My youngest three (11, 14, and 17) are homeschooled and with me pretty much 24 /7. They seriously deserve a medal and a vacay! They haven't seen their father since a couple of days in February and my parents are.....idk..busy with their own lives? It's their loss because my kids are awesome! Also, there's black mold in our main bathroom. 🤮 It's disgusting! I’ve added some cleaning supplies and safety gear specifically for tackling it, a few necessities for the kitties, along with some well-deserved treats for the kids—they truly deserve it, on my Wishlist. The funding is for the many home repairs needed and a better exhaust fan for the bathroom! You know, I'm incredibly thankful for anything that bubbles, does most of the cleaning, and smells nice! 🤣😅 and encouragement! I appreciate you all so much! Coming here is joy for me! Ya'll are my little piece of sunshine☀️
