Picture this folks! You go see a movie that everyone is talking about but you have no clue what to expect. That film? Curry Barker’s Obsession. Join the Three For Three Podcast as we explore one of our darkest episodes yet! Sam is hosting this week so per usual things get a little off the rails but to kick things off we dive into the sweet happy sad movie that is Matt’s pick, Lars and the Real Girl. To round things out Sam takes us to Iran for one of the most melancholic films to exist, Taste of Cherry. Warning for those who are going through a rough time but maybe that’s time you need to see it the most. Season 4 of the show has been bigger and better with each episode we cannot wait to bring more great movies to you. It is here ladies and gentlemen! The Season 4 premiere of the Three For Three Podcast is coming in hot and we have a lot in store for you now that we are hitting the big 4! We of course couldn’t start the season without the inclusion of our podcast regular, David Mamet and his first movie, House of Games! Will we catch Jackson’s slight of hand or will it be another week of him getting away with what he knows he did? Matt takes us back to 2013 with Matt Johnson’s directorial debut, The Dirties. Eerily ahead of its time, this discussion leads to some fun tidbits about how Matt and Sam became the friends they are today. Lastly, how in the world had Sam never seen Cool Hand Luke? Well, his punishment is a night in the box and eating as many hardboiled eggs as he can get his hands on. Join us as we bring you three awesome movies and three great conversations! Make sure to vote in our poll on our channel to let us know who had the best pick this episode and who will take the lead this season after the fallout of season 3. As always folks, “Picture This!”
