A college friend and I (F 65) will be visiting the region the first week in June. Are there farm markets, events, restaurants, shops, or seasonal 'must do' opportunities during the week in Harrisonburg? We love the main drag in Charlottesville and the main drag in Staunton. Is there a similar street of shops and restaurants in Harrisonburg? Are there any favorite healthy-ish restaurants open on Monday for dinner?
Good morning. My college friend and I (F65) pick a region for an annual reunion and it's my year to plan. I've picked this region in VA. We'll be near Staunton, Charlottesville, Waynesboro and Harrisonburg. I'd love your recommendations for lunch and dinner spots around Staunton, as well as any activities that might be happening Monday-Friday that week. Unfortunately we aren't here over a weekend.
