Nervous about my interview later

During my first job I was so burned out. I was working for Comcast and then unemployed for 4 months. After that I got my second job working for a health insurance company but I’m really conflicted about leaving.

I’m doing well in terms of performance but our salary is still way too low for me to survive and the incentives don’t help.

If I do leave I would have to let go of the work from home set up , my friends and having good work life balance.

The job I’m applying for is collections and we have to work fully onsite. There are other cons like only 12 days of leave a year but working during Philippine holidays is only optional but if we do decide to work during a Philippine holiday we can convert that day to a leave credit. My current job has 25 days of leave but we’re only allowed to file for 3 day leave maximum.

The only reason why I’m applying for this new company is higher salary.

I still have not left my current job so that at least I have a safety net if ever I don’t get accepted to this one.

Anybody here who was worked for collections before?

I had 8 months experience in Comcast and 1 year in healthcare. I’m really nervous about my interview and I have not left my current work yet because it’s so easy but the pay is so low.

What should I expect?. I’m really confused too because there are mixed reviews in here for people who have worked on Collections.

Jenny is my favorite character

I really loved her transition from Soft girl to being Emo. It made the storyline interesting because she didn’t follow the path of being a typical New York socialite.

Her rivalry with Blair was so much better than Serena’s.

25 F Filipina looking for friends

I could be pretty bad at texting tho so I hope you would be eventually open to have voice calls.

Let us talk about good music, interesting documentaries and even random Tiktok videos. I am interested to know your wildest dreams, motivations and aspirations in life. Let me know the little things that make you happy and the exciting things that make you feel alive. Let us laugh together at stupid jokes and get serious at deep talks. When we get comfortable, I do not mind roasting each other, too. There is just so much to do and talk about.

May isang babae sa trabaho namin na 3 anak na and another one on the way. Bakit daw ako hindi naawa kasi kailangan daw niya pangbayad diapers at gatas.

Pwede ba daw niya eh Iwan yung debit card niya saken in case di niya mabayaran kapag umutang siya saken.

Akala mo ba tanga ako.

This is not a hate post to parents but a criticism towards people who financially depend on other people to settle their burden.

If you can’t provide for your children then please use PROTECTION. Wag lang mag ka anak just for the sake of it.
