How can I create a chat group for my mods?

I'm requesting Chat Channels access for r/sneakerhead so our moderation team can create and use a private, mod-only chat channel. We would like a dedicated space for moderators to coordinate moderation, discuss reports and rule enforcement, and communicate about community management without using personal group chats. Is there a specific way to go about this or anyone that can help?
