Looking for post haircut advice - shorter next time to compliment facial hair?

I like my current hair well enough, but I’m wondering if the top is a little too weighty and frames my face too narrow? Especially curious as I do not have a lot of insight into how facial hair changes the dynamic.

Essentially I want to know if a shorter hairstyle would compliment my face/beard better. What do you guys think? Any advice welcome!

22M: Bored and somewhat curious!

Recently started growing some facial hair, and curious how that plays into the rating as well.

Please be honest. Cheers😁

M22: Beard - keep, shave, or maintain at current length?

Genuinely not sure - I like how it looks, but I also wouldn’t mind shaving it down and looking my age🤣. What do y’all think?

M22: After a week of growth - Beard/no beard/keep current length?

Been growing the ol face garden for about a week now, and I’m at the point where I’ve gotta either follow through with maintenance or go back to skin.

Do yall think the scruff is worth keeping (for now at least)?

Unsure about new haircut/ how to style? (After/before)

Just got my haircut today and, I’m a little on the fence about it… no going back now I guess!

Anyways, I am wondering about styling tips/ products to use to maintain texture and give some lift without making the top look too heavy. Right now I am thinking sea salt spray as my hair is naturally quite straight without it.

Let me know what yall think😁

Covering Neon Live in LA - featuring my hair care routine and twice the thumb slaps!

No neighbors to worry about this time🤣

Took a little while to put this one together but I am happy with the result and hope y’all enjoy!

Covering Neon… except I cant wake up the neighbors

Had to hit the stairwell for this one and there was a huge spider like two steps down that I didn’t notice until I hit record lol… dude was pretty chill, all things considered.

1.5 month progress on my runs (agility/breath control) - practice outside of comfortable range?

The first video is about the best I could do at the start of June, and the second clip is about the best I’ve done yet imo (taken yesterday) - I’ve absolutely noticed progress in these sections with regards to breath support and agility during faster interval changes, but still need a little help navigating that aspect of training…

My question is this: if I want to improve my vocal agility for runs in less comfortable areas of my range, would it be smarter to practice them in a lower key first, or continue practicing them in those higher keys to commit them to muscle memory?

Beginner singer - A lil self conscious of my voice recently and looking for some input on what my voice/timbre sounds like from an outside perspective as I currently do not have a vocal coach! (Bohemian Rhapsody/ I Want Someone Badly Acapella)

I currently do not have many people around in my personal life who can provide direct feedback on my voice, and even less who would be honest about it lol, so I would love if y’all could provide feedback on what my voice sounds like from an outside perspective, and maybe which music styles would suit me further down the line!

Thoughts on a new song I’m working on?

Started putting it together this morning. I like the groove, but the progression sounds a little “basic” to me so far. I have ideas on how to make things interesting, but for now I’ve got the bones 🤘

Requesting feedback on my playing

Pulled these clips from of longer video of me just messing around with a riff for a while, and thought they would be good to receive criticism on. Because this was just a jam, everything seen here was done in one long take, so I’m mainly looking for feedback on the more glaring issues in any regard, and less on the smaller mistakes here and there.

First clip shows my hammer-ons, pull-offs, right hand technique mainly, and I chose the second clip because of the quicker changes.

Any feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Rim grazer or clean dunk? M22 5’11”

Was out getting some shots in and a friend asked to see me dunk lol.

Just curious what this would qualify as. Some friends say clean, others say rim grazer/baby dunk. Thoughts?

Rim measured at 10’.5”

2 years of progress on the same hoop - 5’11, 20 -> 22 y/o

Wasn’t feeling too bouncy during today’s session, but I was looking back in my camera roll and was reminded of how far I’ve come in just a couple years. For anyone feeling discouraged with their progress - DO NOT GIVE UP! gains may be slow, but small wins really do add up over a long enough period of time, and someday you will look back on when you began and be amazed with what you are capable of if you stay consistent and driven. Keep with it🤘
