Chilaquiles verdes, asada and some sunnies. Topped with cabbage slaw, tomatoes and avocado.

My husband was out of town for work for a few days and I wanted to treat him to a special breakfast when he got back.

Homemade chilaquiles verdes, asada and some perfectly cooked sunnyside-up eggs. Topped with cabbage slaw/tomatoes/ avocado.

It was a late breakfast so beer too. 🫣

I know he tried his best but I just had to share because it made me giggle a little bit. 🫣
