I find sometimes people who I feel are like energy vampires but don’t appear to me

I may dream of them responding to something I write on my status but then later I see a few days before the upload a picture where they appear as they did in my dream

And leads me to feel I am unaware of their hand sin my energy at all times and they don’t want me to know?

It’s as if as soon as they enter my space
Sometimes this can be with me feeling like throwing up all my food in an instance
But usually it is just this energy in my upper back
