What awakening is

Imagine, for a moment, you live and always have lived in a world without any reflective surface: no mirror, no glass, not even the reflection of water. It's simply impossible to see what you look like.

So, everything you know about yourself comes from other people: to your mother, you are a baby, to a tall person, you are short, to a skinny person, you are large, and so on. You see some of your traits, of course, but you can never get the whole picture.

One day, through no matter what mean, you get a full-size mirror and you see yourself, the whole of yourself, top to bottom. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it anymore.

Now, you understand what you are. Some of what the others told you might be true and other things are their own views, but wether true or false, coherent or not with what you feel to be yourself, until you'we seen it for yourself, there's no way to be sure.

Onve you see yourself, you can't unsee it anymore. That's what awakening is.

That doesn't mean you are better than, or more than anyone else. As a matter of fact, once you see who and what you are, you understand that all people are the exact same thing as you, they just don't see it. And as much as you want to share that with them, you know there is no substitute for direct experience. Every human has to see for themselves, when the moment is right.

Life doesn't end after awakening. You simply have a different perspective and all experiences have a different value than before.

You still learn, evolve, stumble, fall, get up again, raise kids, work, go to the dentist.

But now, you know. And you see that what you are, everything is. What everything is, you are. You are a human living in a body just as much as you are the totality of existence exploring itself in a miriad of ways.

Awakening is not the end, only the beginning to something that never ends.

And it all starts with you.

Deepfeel Diving

  1. Place your attention consciously on something that feels important to you right now.

  2. Follow your attention consciously no matter what it does, for as long and as well as you can.

  3. Let go consciously when no other choice presents to you.

This process can be explored and used to facilitate anything, from spiritual awakening to getting the house of your dreams. Play with it, enjoy it, explore it as you feel.

Hello! I recently came across Bashar's teachings and find both the message and the messenger absolutely wonderful.

I have always been very passionate about meditation. I came independently upon a process I call Deepfeel Diving that seems to be very complete in itself and its effects.

Having stumbled on Bashar and his teachings, I found that Deepfeel Diving is very, very coherent and harmonious with the Formula. I felt inspired to share Deepfeel Diving with you, so I hope you can accept my offering and investigate its validity for yourself. Here is Deepfeel Diving, in a nutshell:

Sit somewhere quietly and set a timer for 2 or 3 minutes. Later, you can adjust the time however you see fit.

Close your eyes.

Place your attention on something. It can be your breath, a project, a person, a state, a place, no matter. Any object will do, be it physical or non-physical. Put your attention on your object.

You might feel, at some point, that your attention will drift away, go somewhere else, do something else.

As you feel your attention going somewhere else, go with it! Follow along, get involved. Do not control, do not force. Instead, follow your attention wherever it might go and whatever it might want to do.

If you feel you can get involved, do so joyfully. If you feel you cannot do anything, simply let go as well as you can.

Different experiences might show up. Don't reject, don't attach either. Simply go along with your attention no matter what it wants to do.

When your timer rings, come back to yourself and open your eyes. That's it.

This is Deepfeel Diving and I feel it's very much in line with Bashar's teachings, so I wanted to share it with you. Explore it as you wish.

If you have any questions or remarks, feel free to ask. Good diving!
