Breathing trainers

Does anyone use a breathing trainer such as a Powerbreathe?

My dysautonomia makes me feel air hunger on a daily basis, I have a weak core, mild asthma, poor physical fitness, I get out of breath really easily and I’m wondering if this is something that could improve my ‘breathing fitness’ if that makes sense and help me alongside doing more breathing exercises, to breathe more efficiently.

Solutions for those who can’t afford surgery or take MJ

Hello everyone

I’ve recently found out I have lipedema. It affects my arms, legs, hips and bum so far.
I will never be able to afford surgery, I’m in the UK so our NHS won’t cover it either.
I also have hypermobility and dysautonomia, I live with a lot of chronic pain, rely on mobility aids to walk and fatigue very easily.

I’m wanting to make whatever changes I can to help myself. I’m around 90kgs and 5’4, I do need to lose weight for my health but it doesn’t seem to come off, I can’t really exercise a lot which I think is a huge barrier because I don’t eat more than 1500-1800 calories a day.

I’ve been denied the weight loss jabs, MJ, WeG, Sax, all of them because before I had my gallbladder out I developed pancreatitis twice, and I’ve had stones since removed from my bile ducts 😪

I feel rubbish. I feel like there isn’t a way out of it.
I’m in my mid 30s and desperate for a better quality of life.

So I went to cancel some of my subscriptions today, and I noticed some of my Apple account settings are greyed out under the settings part on my iPhone 13 Pro - version 26.4.2.
I managed to cancel them via the App Store but this is really irritating me.
The settings greyed out are -
Personal Information
Payment and Shipping
Subscriptions
When I tap the sign in and security which isn’t greyed out, it says about sending a code when I’m offline, but I’m not offline.
I’m connected to the internet that’s all working fine, never had an issue before now.

Can anyone help please?

Hi all, how would you recommend a beginner with varying mobility gets started? Would someone who often uses a walking aid be welcome to walk the circuits instead of running?
