Ruey Tay Tea, Taipei, Taiwan

We made a special trip to Ruey Tay Tea after hearing so many great things, and it was one of the highlights of our visit. This lovely family-run tea shop offers far more than just premium tea—it offers a genuine and unforgettable experience that is absolutely worth it.

Ms. Pan/Pam welcomed us. She guided us through an intimate tea tasting, patiently explaining the different teas, brewing techniques, and the stories behind them. Her passion was contagious, and we left with a much deeper appreciation for tea.

If you're visiting Taiwan, don't miss Ruey Tay Tea. It's a place where you'll not only discover exceptional tea but also experience genuine Taiwanese hospitality. I would love to see them offer tea farm tours in the future. It would make an already wonderful experience even more special.

Have you been here? Have you checked out any Taiwan tea shops?

P.s. I found this shop by researching online and read many great Google reviews. The teas we bought are Oolong. Idk much of their names but most teas we bought are light and refreshing. We aren't fans of the floral teas which were also offered.

Sharing all the beautiful flowers I saw in Kyoto, Japan. I know it's hydrangea season.

I'm unfamiliar with the other flowers. But it's refreshing and cool to witness the flowers over flowers or inside within flowers.

If you can ID the flowers and share with me your thoughts that would be highly appreciated! Thanks!

Hoarding from 7T+ (7teaplus_kyoto)

Hi everyone! So I stumbled on this small tea shop in Kyoto.

These are the teas I bought:

  1. Fukamushi Sencha (to experience the tea quality)

  2. Dong Ding Oolong (most elegant flavor)

  3. Genmaicha (daily drinking)

  4. Goshicha (unique fermented tea)

  5. Guzhouhoucha-cha (interesting roasted specialty tea)

I want to get your thoughts if you have tried this Kyoto shop and my list of teas. It's my first time trying fermented tea. I always have stomach issues hence I bought it. I already enjoyed Genmaicha and Fukamushi Sencha! 🍵🍃

Ano thought nyo po sa ATDRAMM Village?

Gusto po namin malaman ano pros and cons sa ATDRAMM Village o area?

Tsaka, jetmatic lang po ba tubig dito? Dahil sabi mahina daw NAWASA. Puro buhangin yun jetmatic at lasang amoy bakal.

Hi everyone, 3 months ago I had diarrhea. Which lasted for a week and eventually I was admitted to the ER for how many hours. Stomach CT Scan showed the left part of the stomach has infection. I have PCOS so the right side has cysts. But only the left side is hurting and feels like something is heavy..

So I had acupuncture and the doctor prescribed these herbal medicines. It made me feel better. But I would like to ask the community, if anybody has experienced the same thing or is familiar with these meds above?

I'm now cautious about eating everything. I don't usually drink cold drinks.

Hello lang, gusto ko lang makipag connect sa mga millennials sa Thailand. 10yrs na kami sa Dubai ng asawa ko and we are hoping to move to Thailand. Bangkok or Ko Samui.

How's the community there? Or living in Thailand? I've been there how many times at tsaka mas mababait mga Thais ? Haha! We are into the creative industry and wellness.
