2026: Best Cpap and where to buy it?

Hello! My doctor told me I have sleep apnea and I can get a prescription sent in for it. But my health insurance is garbage and I’ll need to pay cash. I had heard that the Res med series 10 is the best and that I can get it for $400 on a Black Friday sale on cpap. Com. But is that the best way to go? I’d like to keep my budget under $500 if possible. I don’t mind a used machine either if it’s from a reputable site and is cheaper.

Need advice on DIY staining/sealing a large privacy fence

Need advice on staining/sealing a large privacy fence.

We have about 400 linear feet of 6’ privacy fence in South Carolina. It’s about 3 years old and was sealed with clear Thompson’s WaterSeal when new. Now it’s turning pretty gray, although it’s not dirty or rotting.

A few questions:

• Is the graying normal with clear sealers?
• Should we switch to a semi-transparent color stain at this point instead of clear?
• Best stain/sealer brand right now?
• About how many gallons would we need for both sides?
• Can 2 total beginners realistically DIY this with a pressure washer + sprayer?
• Roughly how long would a project this size take?
• Best power washer and stain sprayer to buy for long-term maintenance?
• Any YouTube channels you recommend for learning?

Trying to decide if this is manageable DIY. Thanks!

*This is a repost because my picture did not upload the first time.*

Today marks my one-year anniversary on Zepbound, and I wanted to share my progress with people who understand this journey.

At my heaviest, I weighed 240 pounds. Today, I weigh 185 pounds, and I’m still working toward losing about 20 more pounds.

I’m 5'7", and the biggest change for me hasn’t just been the weight, it’s the food noise. My appetite feels much more manageable now.

One thing that’s really important to me is that I didn’t start Zepbound just to lose weight.

I started because I had sleep apnea and prediabetes, and I’m so grateful to say that both of those have officially gone away.

I do still have a few other weight-related conditions that I’m continuing to work on, but this has been life-changing for my health.

My dosing timeline:

  • Month 1: 2.5 mg
  • Then moved to 5 mg for awhile
  • I’ve been on 7 mg for the past few months

I’ve been trying to focus on:

  • Going to the gym consistently
  • Eating more protein
  • Building sustainable habits

Unexpected change: yes… my “girls” shrunk, but honestly so did inflammation, cravings, and a lot of stress around food.

I still have goals, but I’m really proud of how far I’ve come in one year. If you’re early in your journey, keep going. It adds up!
