Does anyone have any self help ideas on how to cope with being genderfluid and intersex? My gender constantly shifts with my hormones (at least, I think that’s what’s happening. My gyno thinks I have pmos, and anytime I start growing facial hair, I get MAJOR dysphoria. Sometimes I feel female, sometimes male, sometimes both, and sometimes neither. When I feel masc, I tend to feel like insects are crawling under my skin and get antsy. It’s really hard to explain. I’m going to be getting my testosterone checked this Monday. Does anyone else have to deal with this, and does anyone have any advice on how I can cope with this?

Hello. I’ve been on psych meds for a long time with my schizoaffective diagnosis, but have had extremely bad affects with them, to the point where I’d rather look at other options. My first concoction of psych meds destroyed my empathy and made me manic. I developed PTSD after my emotions came back due to some of the terrible things I did when I was on it. My current meds have attributed to weight gain and metabolic issues, and I now have pre-diabetes, fatty liver, gerd, insulin resistance, and severe sleep apnea. I’m beyond frustrated with this. Although I’ve recently discovered that an herbal remedy called Yokukansan, as well as cbd predominant types of cannabis may help. I’m not trying to go off my meds dangerously without help, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any herbs that help with psychosis, or how realistic it would be for me to take herbs for my condition over psych meds.
